Must climb stairs - 3 of the bedrooms and 1 bathroom are upstairs (about 20 steps to climb). €150 Security Deposit required at check-in - if there is any damage/missing items, an equivalent amount will be deducted from your Security Deposit. Some spaces are shared - Kitchen/dining/living/terrace areas are shared, as well as the 2 bathrooms. Surveillance or recording devices on property - There is a video doorbell installed for security reasons. It is on 24/7.
