Highly recommend this resort!!! Very friendly and helpful staff, easy access to several amazing restaurants onsite (we especially liked Sole, the outdoor grill Tavern place, and the Italian restaurant). Breakfast buffet had a large variety of choices…can dine inside or out. Nice swimming area in the Mediterranean with drink and food service at the lawn chairs. Very quiet at night in the rooms but also close enough to walk down to the nightlife. Room was spacious and thoroughly cleaned each day with turndown service. The executive lounge with balconies was very well stocked with snacks and drinks. Ample covered parking. The only suggestions for improvement I can think of would be to have a separate beach towel station poolside rather than guests needing to walk inside over the bridge to get them, and to add more room outlets by the bed/desk. Would definitely stay here again. Overall 10/10 experience.

On arrival as we were checking in we were brought a lovely cold local drink which was very refreshing. We were surprised to discover our Junior Suite was on an Executive floor, which meant we were able to use the Executive lounge while waiting for our room to be ready which was very pleasant as we were tired from our journey. Our room was beautiful with a sea view and a balcony from which we were able to watch the sun set each evening. The hotel staff were very attentive and our room was cleaned each morning and turned down each evening. At Check-in we had mentioned it was our anniversary during our visit as are were asking about a nice restaurant to book, and had a lovely surprise when we returned to our room on the day to a folded towel display of swans/hearts, with a poem, chocolates and a bottle of prosecco on ice! Breakfast was a buffet on the lower floor. There was an excellent choice of foods, including local treats, and you could order coffees, freshly squeezed juice and omelettes cooked to order. The hotel is part of a group with 2 others and you could use the facilities of all. There were 3 outdoor swimming pools and an indoor one with a jacuzzi, however our favourite place to swim was in the sea at the Lido. There were plenty of lounge chairs and parasols for shade and staff from the poolside restaurants regularly passed by to take drinks/food orders. We particularly enjoyed the cocktails! We are already planning on next trip!

Nous avons particulièrement apprécié les infrastructures de l’établissement, avec trois magnifiques piscines pour les adultes et une piscine spécialement conçue pour les enfants. De nombreux transats équipés de parasols restent disponibles tout au long de la journée, garantissant un réel confort. Un autre point fort est la mise à disposition gratuite de serviettes de plage en libre-service, renouvelables quotidiennement et sans demande de caution, un service très pratique et appréciable. L’hôtel dispose également d’une agréable plage privée, idéale pour profiter de la mer dans un cadre calme et bien entretenu. L’emplacement est tout simplement excellent. L’hôtel est situé à proximité immédiate de nombreux restaurants, bars et commerces, aussi bien au sein de l’établissement qu’à l’extérieur. Il se trouve également à quelques minutes à pied de Paceville, ce qui permet de profiter facilement de l’animation, de la vie nocturne et des différentes activités de la région, tout en bénéficiant d’un cadre agréable pour se détendre. Notre chambre était spacieuse, très confortable et bénéficiait d’une superbe vue sur les piscines,et la mer, contribuant pleinement à la qualité de notre séjour. Enfin, nous tenons à souligner l’excellent travail du personnel, toujours souriant, disponible et attentif au bien-être des clients. Une mention toute particulière à Omar et Anesita pour leur professionnalisme, leur gentillesse et leur dévouement.Un grand merci à toute l’équipe.

Excellent, friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful hotel with great facilities and restaurants. The executive lounge variety of food and relocation is not as good but the staff are still very friendly. Lots of construction in the bay area and heavy pneumatic drilling opposite the hotel is currently annoying.

Die Unterkunft bietet 4 Pools (einer davon für Kleinkinder), und Strand ( haben wir aber nicht besucht, er könnte felsig sein, einen Spa, Friseur, 4 Restaurants, und drei weitere in direkter Nähe, ein Reise/ Aktivitäten-Buchungsmöglichkeit. Die Speisen sind sehr reichhaltig und zum größten Teil sehr gut. Diesmal waren wir nur zu zweit und für drei Tage vor Ort, aber wir werden mit der Familie wiederkommen

35-årigt men super vedligeholdt hotel. Dejlige værelser med aircondition, der faktisk virker og ikke larmer. Service over al forventning på alle niveauer. Virkelig lækker morgenmadsbuffet (incl. Cava) kan absolut anbefales!!

Fantastic hotel in a wonderful setting. First class staff in every department- nothing was too much trouble. The restaurants on site are outstanding- The Caviar and Bull and Terragon by Sole are wonderful with high end dining and eating on the terrace is very special. The Spa is equally good. No negatives at all- a wonderful hotel and a wonderful stay. The staff at the poolside Oasis work tirelessy all day in the sun with a smile on their faces. Very good breakfast and plenty of tables in and outdoor. 4 or 5 pools to suit all ages.Excellent and we will definitely return.
