The property had just reopened after renovations. The pool area was very nice and comfortable and warm even on a windy day. The staff went the extra mile and obviously have tremendous pride in their jobs and the property. Two weeks sped by very quickly and we were all very sad to leave. Will definitely be going back.

We arrived 6 days after the hotel had reopened following its refurbishment. It was a shame we weren’t offered early check-in as we arrived at 10am, and although check-in was 2pm, our room was not ready until 5pm as there was a mix up. However, once in our ‘privilege’ room, we were very impressed with how beautiful, modern and spacious it was. It was cleaned to a high standard every morning and we had a turndown service each evening. We loved the different towel art! It was obvious that the hotel was not finished when we arrived, furniture and plants were missing, and minor work was taking place across the duration of our stay. By the end of our stay, the finishing touches were almost complete, and the hotel and its decor throughout looked absolutely stunning. We were also very impressed with how clean the entire hotel was. The infinity pool and private beach were picture perfect. Fresh beach towels were provided each day on the sunbeds. The dining room was spacious and had amazing sea views. We felt very safe in the hotel as it had plenty of security. Being able to go on the glass bottom boat, use the kayaks and use the stand up paddles was amazing - thank you! We thoroughly enjoyed our delicious buffet breakfast which had so many options, as well as the drinks selection, fruit bar and evening entertainment. The hotel had so many staff available at all times and they were very friendly and chatty. We would particularly like to thank Eric, Jensen and Alix for looking after us.
