What a great hidden little spot. If you want peace and feel like you’re in the jungle this is the place. The food is amazing and the staff is the nicest I’ve ever come across. The pool rooms on the first floor is the only way to go.

I liked this hotel because it is adult-only, which means quite, no kidding running around screaming, jumping in the pool and peeing in it. We stayed on the first floor with access to the pool from our room. The staff are great, very accommodating. They had a lot of romantic spots where couple can be alone and enjoy them selves. The only issue I had was the sea weed on the shore stank so bad, like rotten eggs, that we could not enjoy sitting by the beach. But that is everywhere in Cancun and Playa.

This hotel was a really great choice. The ground floor rooms were 10/10 i really enjoyed having access to the pool 24 hours. I’d stay here again. Only draw back was breakfast wasn’t the usual of what is normally included. Still a good choice. The restaurant was really good.

The rooms are exceptionally clean and well-maintained, which is always a top priority for me when traveling. The staff goes completely above and beyond—they are incredibly welcoming, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. A special shoutout to Sergio at the front desk, who was my absolute favorite and made the experience even better! Having a delicious free breakfast included made mornings so easy, and the on-site restaurant and bar are fantastic for when you want to unwind with a great meal or a drink without leaving the property. Highly recommend Aquazul to any traveler looking for a seamless, high-quality experience in Cancun!

I had a really enjoyable stay and would give this hotel an 8.5/10. The staff was one of the best parts of the experience everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. One feature I highly recommend is booking a swim-out room. In my opinion, that’s what really makes this hotel worth it. The view, the atmosphere, and the overall experience are amazing. If you don’t book the swim-out, the hotel is still nice, but it doesn’t have quite the same “wow” factor. The scenery is beautiful, and the resort has a relaxing vibe that’s great whether you’re traveling as a couple, with friends, or even solo. The rooftop pool was one of my favorite spots because it gets plenty of sun, it’s peaceful, and the staff will even bring you a speaker so you can play your own music. You can also message the staff on WhatsApp to order food or drinks, and they’ll bring everything directly to your room or wherever you’re relaxing, including the rooftop pool. That level of service was a huge plus. One thing I thought was really cool they even surprised me with a complimentary shot, which was such a fun touch and made the experience feel a little more personal. The food was a little hit or miss. I recommend sticking with the tacos, wings, and burgers they were all really good. For anything else, I’d honestly suggest checking out the restaurants nearby, which I thought were even better. Plus, Uber Eats works great here, so you have plenty of options if you want something different.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel and would definitely come back! If you’re looking for a peaceful, relaxing getaway surrounded by nature, this is the perfect place. The staff was outstanding and truly made our experience special. A special thank you to Antonio and Jesus, who took excellent care of us throughout our stay. They were incredibly kind, attentive, and always made sure we had everything we needed. We were also pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a swim-up room, which made our stay even more memorable. Having direct pool access and a private deck was such a wonderful experience. The rooftop pool was another highlight, offering beautiful views and the perfect place to relax. The hotel had great amenities, everything was clean and well maintained, and the peaceful atmosphere made it easy to unwind. While there isn’t much nearby, so you’ll need to drive if you want to explore the area, it wasn’t an issue for us because the hotel has its own restaurant with delicious food. We were more than happy to spend most of our time enjoying everything the property had to offer. Overall, if you’re looking to disconnect, enjoy nature, and escape the crowds, I highly recommend this hotel. The peaceful setting, excellent service, and thoughtful swim-up room upgrade made this a stay we’ll always remember. Thank you again to Antonio and Jesus for making us feel so welcome!

The swim up pool of my room was beautiful. Everyone was very nice and helpful. The hotel was also not expensive at all which was nice because we were out and about the entire trip. They have someone there that can book all your tours right away. I would recommend and also will come back.

Gosh this resort was so beautiful, I stayed at the deluxe room with pool access which is open 24 hours. The breakfast was awesome, French toast, pancakes, fruit platters. And the restaurant’s food was delicious as well. Most importantly the staff is extremely hospitable and kind. Be sure to check out their backyard it’s gorgeous.
