As always we are very pleased with the hospitality provided by staff and management of All Ritmo. Since 2010 for many years we visited the resort with our daughters and their husbands and their children, our 5 grand kids. Weather, ocean, sand, sun and always smiling and helpful staff were the sure features that keep us coming back. Aqua Park, night shows, kids club, activities are additional aspects of our favourite place. And we know the comparisons, we were in few other beautiful resorts in Mexico but we will come back to All Ritmo…🏝️🏖️🐠

All the workers were pleasant and helpful . The food was delicious and they had a good variety to select from . It was a smaller resort so very comfortable with children and easy to watch them . The games room was very accessible . .

We spent so much time in the pool. There was music and activities all day. Food was great especially at the speciality restaurants. Wish we checked it out earlier. Water park was fun We will go back again Staff were all friendly and helpful

Todo excelente la atención de la mayoría de los empleados solo al llegar nos cambiaron la habitación porque la que nos tocaba estaba el jacuzzi descompuesto nos ofrecieron masaje y estuvo excelente también la salida tarde pero tuvimos muchos problemas con eso mi tarjeta se desactivó no estaban informados los empleados de nuestra situación y tuvimos un momento muy incómodo

Great food, relaxing area, we went with our kids of 1,3, and 6 and they had a lot of fun in their water park. The arcade little spot can use a lot of work though. Best and nicest cleaning staff I’ve ever seen in a hotel.

Excellent service from all staff. Waiter Jose from Ostras was phenomenal. We loved the food there best. Everything on that menu was delicious. We definitely had lots of food options all week. It is an older building but it’s a beautiful colonial style and right beside the beach. We loved that it was a smaller resort so we never felt it was too crowded. Room was spacious with a wrap around balcony with a view of the marina. Waterpark was enjoyed by both our boys and the soccer field was a nice perk. The boys also liked the on beach soccer and volleyball. There was a games room and activities daily for everyone. We enjoyed the location and walked to El Meco. This was a very affordable option. We also took day trips to Isla Mujeres via the ferry and Xcaret. We would definitely come back. Thank you to all the staff for the memorable week.

The location is absolutely unmatched, rooms are steps away from the Caribbean ocean. The views are absolutely spectacular. Amenities and activities are minutes away from ferry rides to Isla Mujares, boat club, downtown etc. There is even a water park to kid the kiddos occupied. The resort itself is on per with resorts in it's class. I will say that this was our second trip to Cancun. The food in this resort is much more flavorful and authentic compared to other resort. It is an older building, but the rooms are spacious (we stayed in a family suite), plenty of room for us. Our room opened up to the beach which was amazing. The guests in this resort were mostly families and a very international crowd.

We stayed at All Ritmo from July 15 through July 23. We had an amazing experience. I asked for an upgrade when we checked in and was given one for a small increase in price. Our room was on the 4th floor overlooking the beautiful clear blue waters. The room was enormous, with a beautiful balcony, a large bedroom with two queens beds, a full kitchen, living room and bathroom and walk in closet. The staff was incredibly nice, courteous and helpful. We took advantage of everything they had to offer, the pool was clean, warm, three Jacuzzi tubs and the beach just five steps down. My kids loved the pool games and activities. The trivia games were fun and not to mention the amazing water park. What really drew me to this hotel was the location. It was not in the middle of the Cancun chaos and strip. We were only 15 minutes away, apart from the traffic and noise of the Cancun hotel strip. The restaurants were very accommodating. I had my daughter she is 12 years old and my son who's is 17 and the Ostras restaurant accommodated us at a 6pm reservation. Amazing seafood dinner, shrimp bisque soup overlooking the ocean. Our vacation was absolutely amazing. Thank you Bernardo, Dana, Kevin and the amazing staff. I would recommend All Ritmo 110%. Cecilia from West Islip, New York!!
