It was a lovely vacation, Juan and Alejandro were top tier as a servers, very nice stuff for the most part, food was amazing our favorite restaurant was Boga, they also offer free ferry that was also amazing,

The staff was very nice and so friendly, so professional and helpful a specially: At the Pool bar: Karim and Erma! At the beach service Claudia At the Bogo: Ivan At the roof top Sea Salt: Edward At the front desk- Jesus - he was the best and help us a lot! My husband was not happy with Lizbeth at concierge, she was not willing to help him and was not professional, what makes him upset a specially we came to celebrate his birthday, but I am not going to put less stars just because of one person - human factor maybe she was tired that night. Jesus helped a lot! Any concerns about service was taken very seriously and was quickly addressed by Jesus! Guys very hard workers ! Security beach guard, Irwin - he helped us with all info around the island and safety rules ! Every year I am taken my husband on his birthday to all inclusive and this time he liked so much the resort that we definitely will return!

Staff was very friendly and attentive. Room was clean and the view spectacular. Food was delicious (particularly loved the breakfast buffet). While the party music next door was a bit much at times, you couldn't hear it from anywhere but the beach. 10 out of 10 for us. Would recommend.

Habitaciones muy cómodas, al igual que todas las instalaciones. Las atenciones del personal sobrepasaron mis expectativas. El executive Chef, Gerentes Jesus y Sarah, en Mixologia Natanael. En los restaurantes muy bien atendidos, Ricardo, Eduardo, Omar, Norelli, y en especial y muy sobresaliente Iván (todas sus recomendaciones de alimentos y bebidas 10/10). En la alberca atendidos por Floriberto y Pedro. El Salvavidas siempre atento. Los alimentos simplemente son una delicia. Cada platillo con presentación y sabor exquisitos. La mixologia excepcional. Las atenciones del personal hace una gran diferencia con otros hoteles. Es un todo incluido, hasta las atracciones acuáticas (kayak y paddel board). Recomendable al 100%. Estoy seguro que como nosotros, vas a estar planeando cuándo regresar

Wonderful staff across the board! Good liquor and bartenders, nice beach, food was great at all locations. AC was great, room was quiet, good bed, linens, towels, . I did miss a lighted alarm clock but maybe I didn’t need to know what time it was ….

The locations and vibe is amazing. It’s a perfect spot to relax. The food is limited there are three restaurants on the property and a food truck but it felt like we had ample options and they’re very accommodating. Would totally recommend for a relaxing getaway.

Almare is a very special place. The rooms are spacious and appointed with everything you should need. The location is beautiful with gorgeous pools and an idyllic private beachfront. Our meals in the on-site restaurants, at the beach and at the pool areas were all superb. All the staff, from Karen, our beach attendant to Arturo in the spa were exceptionally kind and professional. The hotel manager went above and beyond on our last day to help my travel companion with a slight medical issue. I highly recommend a stay at this fabulous resort. We can’t wait return!
