Desde que llegamos el servicio fue extraordinario, todo el hotel esta super lindo, la comida es deliciosa. La experiencia y el mood que te envuelve en la cena de tres tiempos con el sunset y la musica fue un memory core, definitivamente el mejor fin de semana.

Amazing property and staff. Communication was easy, transparent and smooth - staff was always looking out for your best interest and uber helpful in anyway possible. Very kind and hospitable. Multiple restaurants on site, variety of options plus small rooftop snack bar. Beach club and views were amazing. Service from staff was helpful and on point. Especially when booking tours or excursions around the island. Plenty to do but easy to just relax onsite and unwind. Would highly recommend the bioluminescence tour, 3 island tour or splurging on the whale shark tour (I personally didn’t do it but several did and talked about how amazing it was). Rooms, amenities were great. Cleaned daily and well taken care of. Fairly new resort with everything you need plus local markets or resultants within walking distance. Awesome awesome place and staff. 10/10 would recommend.

The hotel was beautiful! My ocean view was amazing! They had 3 rooftop pools that I thoroughly enjoyed! The food was amazing at the restaurants on site. The only real complaint that I had was the water in the shower. Everyday I had to take a shower and the water barely came out. There was no pressure involved when it came to the water in the shower. Sometimes the water wouldn’t even be hot. That was very frustrating to take a shower with water dripping out of the shower head every day! But other than that that would be my only complaint! The hotel is beautiful and the staff was amazing!

Our stay at AWA was super fun! We stayed in casa muuch and our room was very comfortable, plus the beach view was gorgeous. They have a restaurant bar on the beach that was amazing. Staff was always available to answer all our questions and help us get around the island. Overall great experience.

Excellent customer service from the moment we arrived. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made us feel very welcome. The food was delicious, and the restaurant has an amazing view. The room also offers an incredible view, making the stay even more relaxing and unforgettable. Everything exceeded our expectations, and I highly recommend this place. We will definitely be coming back!

This was a great experience. They provide you with bracelets programmed with the key, so it’s super convenient to access your room and never have to worry about a card. The hotel has free activities like yoga in the morning or a guitar player in the evening. There are a few of swimming pools available (we didn’t use them because we went to beach whenever we wanted to go to the water). The property is beach front, so you have direct access and the staff was super friendly. Be prepared to get a $5,000 deposit (about $300 dollars) that can be used towards your drinks and meals, you can charge everything to your room or you can get your deposit back at the end if you don’t consume anything in the hotel.

Muy bonito hotel, personal muy atento Lo único a destacar de las habitaciones, es que muy pocas cuentan con pantalla. Cómo.sugerencos para los visitantes, es que lleven plaquitas para conectar y aumentar a los mosquitos ya que dentro de las habitaciones, hay muchos mosquitos.
