The grounds are exquisite, but the service was lacking. The check-in procedure was extremely unfriendly, and the three-night dinner reservations were never made. We never saw our concierge, and the golf card service was slow and only available in certain areas. We stayed at the El Dorado Royale in April and September, and at the Azul in August, but the sensimar's entire service was unfriendly. Except for Lisbeth, the pool bar bartender. She was fantastic. Although the restaurants were only 13 at the most used, we were informed they were not open on rp. Only 9 or 9. 30 p. M. We went at rp all the way because the places were empty and were given a table. At the sensimar, we wouldn't return. We ask for a table outside the seaside market buffet for breakfast. The hostess Daniele said we couldn't get a table outside because there was a wait period. There were 25 tables and two couples sitting outside. Nothing made sense, so we went out anyway. Of course, there wasn't the nicest service for coffee and milk juice. The beach was immaculate and stunning.

The price that I pay for a premium allinclusive will never be higher. We booked the premium junior suites for a girls getaway. The hotel was so old, the room was so plain, and could use some maintenance. The exclusive pool was in a bad state of decay and was not heated, making it chilly. As advertised, there was no pool butler or poolside restaurant. To go to the pool, you have to walk round the building. It's a bit strange, and all of the premium suites have a view of the pool, not the beach. Lunch was challenging because the restaurant selection was limited and offered most pizza, tostadas, burgers and similar. Lunch service is always very slow. Breakfast at aricife was decent, with a great selection. Although dinner had a great selection, the meals were mostly cold. The portions were small, but it was fine. If you were hungry, you could order more. Unfortunately, I drink white wine, and the house wine was awful. Absolutely unthinkable. There were a few options for an additional cost, but they started at $ US, and if you are paying a premium for a gourmet all inclusive, I would have expected better house wine. The property is a lot to walk around, which is fine for me, but for anyone with a handicap it would be inconvenient to constantly wait

The grounds are very beautiful, but the service was lacking. The checkin was very unfriendly, and the three nights dinner reservations were never correct. Our concierge never saw us, and the golf card service was slow and only available in certain areas. We wouldn't stay at the sensimar again. It is not just a true adult only, we saw many children, which is fine with us, but not for the adults only. For breakfast, we request a table outside at the Seaside Market Buffet. The hostess diane said we couldn't get a table outside because it was a waiting time. There were 25 tables and two couples seated outside. Nothing seemed to make sense, so we went outside anyway. Of course, service for coffee and milk juice was not the friendliest. The beach was very clean and beautiful.

We reserved the top junior suites for girls, which was a romantic getaway. The room was outdated, shabby, and in need of some upkeep. The exclusive pool was poorly cleaned and unheated, making it quite chilly. As described, there was no pool butler or poolside restaurant. The most soughtafter suites offer a view of the pool rather than the shore, but you have to stroll all the way around the building to reach the pool. The restaurant's selection was limited at lunch and they dispensed the majority of pizza, tostadas, and other items. The lunch service was always quite slow. Aricife had a wide variety of excellent meals, but the food was mainly served cold. The portions were small, but it's fine. If you were still hungry, you can order more. Unfortunately, I drink white wine, but the house wine was terrible. It's almost impossible. There were a couple of choices for an additional fee, but they were all priced at $1. I would have expected better house wine when you were spending a premium for gourmet allinclusive. There is a lot of walking on the property, which works out fine for me, but for anyone with a handicap, it's inconvenient, as there is always a shuttle waiting. The property overall was tacky and unclean. However, I must say that

If we come back to Azulkarisma Resorts again, we will not expect that. This is our first trip to Azulkarisma Resorts, and it will undoubtedly be our last. You appear to be treated only as a number and there is no recognition of our loyalty. Sadly, the description was excellent, with the exception of unrealistic expectations, and the lack of pool services, as well as the fact that access to the pool is a hassle because you must travel every way to get there. Upon arrival here on Thursday, December 21 st, around 10 p.m. after some airline delays. Pitchblack was more or less discarded in room 309, which was incredibly large, plain, and without a wow factor, and lacking a welcome pack. Room service had only telephone calls, and the phone numbers were so faded that it was just a matter of press a button and hope. When we got through, we were instructed to look at the menu on channel 5 on the to, however, there is no Channel 5 on the out to. It was lovely to wake up in the morning and open the patio doors and the sun came through. The pool was beneath us and looked fine with very stained floors and cups left on tables the night before, while some were still there two days later, giving superb views. It is a pretty hard choice for me to locate
