Muy buena opcion para luna de miel, el hotel es chico, pero tiene todos los servicios de un gran hotel, la atencion mas que excelente , FABIOLA la chica de la playa siempre atenta y servicial, el chef ALTAMIRANO, siempre consintiendonos con sus especialidades, ALEX en la playa ...bueno pues todo el personal lo unico por mejorar seria un poco mas de sombras en la alberca y en los caminos hacia los restaurantes.

If I could, I’d give Beloved 100 stars! From the moment we arrived on the property, the experience was incredible. The staff was incredibly friendly, kind, and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and enjoyment. Our bellmen, Mex, quickly became a fast friend. He provided exceptional service and shared so much helpful information. Brian, our server at the French restaurant, was phenomenal! He truly exceeded our expectations. However, the entire staff is wonderful. The spa is beautiful and relaxing, and we thoroughly enjoyed our couples massage. I can’t rave enough about this resort. We’re already planning our next visit and can’t wait to return!

This was our 2nd stay at the hotel, and we remember why we wanted to come back! The resort is small and peaceful. Lots of activities to keep you busy but not a party resort. The staff is so incredibly kind and they go over and above to ensure guests have a great time. We stayed in the terrace 2 story plunge pool room and it was great. Would recommend!

My wife and I had an amazing stay at Beloved Playa Mujeres! From the moment we arrived until the day we left, the service was absolutely outstanding. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, attentive, and genuinely made us feel welcome. We stayed in a beautiful swim-out suite, which was the perfect place to relax. The food exceeded our expectations with plenty of delicious options at every meal. A special thank you to Alex for taking such great care of us with beach service. He was always friendly, attentive, and made our beach days even more enjoyable. The beach itself was incredible, with crystal-clear turquoise water and soft white sand. The grounds are beautifully maintained and create such a peaceful, tropical atmosphere. We also treated ourselves to the spa, and it was one of the highlights of our trip. The hydrotherapy was relaxing and well worth the experience, and the massage was excellent. It was the perfect way to unwind and added even more to an already incredible vacation. If you’re looking for a quiet, romantic couples resort where you can truly relax, Beloved Playa Mujeres is hard to beat. We can’t wait to come back!

Front desk are very nice they really do the best for what you want. Also the all the staff are very friendly too. But only room service kinda messed up for what you want and room service definitely need improve their service I stay in this hotel 4 nights call room service only 3 times but they still messed up the order twice. Even I said I got allergy but the room service didn’t seem like they care. Other than that is all good. But their restaurant is delicious highly recommend French and Italian restaurant.

This property has been very well maintained - it is the same in 2026 as it was 15 years ago with several original staff members. One of the best changes, couples only, no kids. It's a very chill & relaxed boutique hotel with fabulous rooms. The staff is friendly & accommodating. Don't like your pillow? Well, there's a pillow menu to choose from! Want something to eat at 2am? There's 24/7 room service! Want a delicious steak? Go to the steak house and for goodness sake, DO NOT MISS the Agua Viva hydrotherapy, or 90 minute massage in the spa AND YES PLEASE have a taco from the taco truck every single day! Things I would change? I would bring back the mini ice cream scoops for dessert. I would make the drinks a little stronger to begin with (I'll just come back for a topper). *keep in mind, this property is meeting the palate of many people, so food often seems bland - just add s&p and a little hot sauce!)

This was our first time at Beloved but won’t be our last. The beach is beautiful and the service is excellent. We had great service from Alex and Luis at our private pool and the beach. The taco truck and grilled hotdogs were great. Also the coffee shop and gym are both outstanding.
