5 stars all the way around. Staff will make sure . Only 1 complaint we stayed on 3 floor where ice machine was and it was out of service soo had to walk down to first floor

My wife and I spent five glorious days at this all inclusive, adults only resort. The treatment we received was unlike anything we experienced before. Simply put, the staff at this resort is amazing. Add to it the pristine beach, the excellent food and the Casitas with private pool, we place this resort at the top of our list, and look forward to a return visit.

We enjoyed our rest in the calm and peaceful environment. Clean, cozy, and beautiful property. Excellent service, especially, the concierge on the beach Denise, and Rodrigo from entertainment team. This was a completely perfect couple experience. Everything was taken care of and the service was exceptional. Only couples made it quiet and intimate. If you wanted to socialize you could if not no worries there was space to be to your self. The Food was delicious and the healthy vegan portion of every restaurant menu was a good option at times. The spa was a bright spot in an already overwhelmingly luxury experience. The complimentary hydro therapy session was great. We also had a couples massage that was complete and relaxing. Overall Beloved was what hoped for and more. Thank you to all of the staff that work so hard and always smile.

Este es un hotel único, la atención de todo su personal hace la diferencia, es la tercera vez que nos hospedamos y siempre tenemos una gran satisfacción de nuestras vacaciones. El hotel quizá necesite ir modernizando y reparando algunas partes de sus habitaciones y áreas públicas, si uno se fija mucho, hay cosas que se tienen que renovar. Los restaurantes son buenos en general, desafortunadamente el de cortes carnes no maneja la calidad óptima que pudiera ofrecer, sus cortes son delgados, media pulgada a una de grosor, lo cual provoca que no se pueda disfrutar de un buen corte pues es muy delgada la carne y se siente fibrosa. En cuanto a lo demás es excelente! Seguro volveremos

Our stay at Beloved Playa Mujeres was truly amazing. From the moment we arrived, everything slowed down in the best way possible. The resort is beautiful, but more importantly, it feels calm and intentional. You never feel rushed, never feel crowded. Whether you are walking along the beach early in the morning, sitting by the pool in the afternoon, or heading to dinner in the evening, there is a sense of peace that stays with you the entire time. What we loved most is that the resort never felt crowded. There was always space. Space to relax, space to breathe, space to actually disconnect. You are not competing for chairs, not waiting around, not dealing with noise. It feels like the kind of place you go when you truly want a real break. The service is what makes the experience come alive. It is not just that it is top notch, it is that it feels real. At El Mar, Victor made every meal feel like something to look forward to. The setting, the ocean, the pace of the service, it all comes together in a way that makes you want to stay a little longer. We had the pleasure of having Alfonso as our waiter at both El Mar and Lupita, and he was outstanding. Attentive, funny, and engaging in a way that never felt forced. The kind of person who reads the table perfectly and makes the experience feel personal. By the pool, Elvis was incredible. He is out there all day in the sun, moving constantly, checking in on guests, delivering drinks, keeping things flowing, and somehow doing it

Our stay at Beloved Playa Mujeres - Couples Only All Inclusive was honestly one of the most relaxing trips we’ve had in a long time. From the moment we arrived, everything just felt easy. Our room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable—exactly what we needed to disconnect and rest. The staff really made the difference. Everyone we interacted with was genuinely kind and attentive, not in an over-the-top way, just natural and welcoming. You could tell they truly care about the guests having a good experience. We spent most of our time at the beach, which was calm and never too crowded—perfect for a couples-only atmosphere. If you’re looking for a quiet, stress-free place to unwind as a couple, this is it. We would absolutely go back.

Been traveling to all inclusive resorts for 20+ years. This may be the best one yet if you like a chill experience. Never have I encountered a more friendly and helpful staff. Food is excellent with many options. Beach is beautiful as are the pools. A food truck serves probably the best tacos I've ever eaten. There are only 109 rooms so if you prefer a larger resort this is not for you. A vacation to remember! Oh...and the rooms are really spacious and beautiful 😍

Excellent service, room was spacious and comfortable, staff is amazing, food is good (but they could have a daily special which could bring something new to the menu, and also more seasonal). The buffet at Le Bisous restaurant was spectacular. The only downside is as a gay couple, we would have found appropriated to be called Mr and Mr, on the welcome letter (it was Mr and Mrs). It is not as if the hotel did not know as we pre checked in and also I contacted them prior to the trip to be sure there was no issue). It can be nothing for people but it is important to us. We will come back for sure as it was a real nice stay.
