This property has been very well maintained - it is the same in 2026 as it was 15 years ago with several original staff members. One of the best changes, couples only, no kids. It's a very chill & relaxed boutique hotel with fabulous rooms. The staff is friendly & accommodating. Don't like your pillow? Well, there's a pillow menu to choose from! Want something to eat at 2am? There's 24/7 room service! Want a delicious steak? Go to the steak house and for goodness sake, DO NOT MISS the Agua Viva hydrotherapy, or 90 minute massage in the spa AND YES PLEASE have a taco from the taco truck every single day! Things I would change? I would bring back the mini ice cream scoops for dessert. I would make the drinks a little stronger to begin with (I'll just come back for a topper). *keep in mind, this property is meeting the palate of many people, so food often seems bland - just add s&p and a little hot sauce!)

This was our first time at Beloved but won’t be our last. The beach is beautiful and the service is excellent. We had great service from Alex and Luis at our private pool and the beach. The taco truck and grilled hotdogs were great. Also the coffee shop and gym are both outstanding.

Our stay at Beloved was nothing short of a dream. From the moment we arrived until the moment we left the staff was beyond attentive, our room was beautiful, and the resort was a perfect quiet getaway for us to celebrate our birthdays and anniversary. We enjoyed the intimacy there, where it was all about us being together. Can’t wait to return.

The room was very clean. The staff was excellent and extremely helpful. Pools look great but spent most of the time in the ocean. Elvis was the server at the beach, and he kept our drinks coming fast and was awesome to talk to. Room was great loved the plunge pool and jacuzzi tub. Food was everything we could ask for. I especially loved the Lamb. Only thing I did not like was the bed. It was a little hard for me and my wife, but I can live with that. We will be back again in the future.

My wife and I spent five glorious days at this all inclusive, adults only resort. The treatment we received was unlike anything we experienced before. Simply put, the staff at this resort is amazing. Add to it the pristine beach, the excellent food and the Casitas with private pool, we place this resort at the top of our list, and look forward to a return visit.
