If you're staying in Roma Norte, I highly recommend Casa de Cibeles by Lumina. The location is hard to beat—safe, walkable, and surrounded by great food, drinks, and things to do. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were also extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, we couldn't have asked for more. It was the perfect home base for our Mexico City trip, and I'd definitely stay here again.

This place truly exceeded expectations. They cleaned our room everyday around noon. Service was absolutely amazing. Security at the front and all of the staff were not only so kind but so attentive. The air conditioning is actually very strong as well! The room was absolutely gorgeous and everything worked well. The only downside I could think about was that sometimes the water wouldn’t stay very hot or it would take awhile for it to finally get hot but other than that my partner and I had no issues and would honestly stay here again!

Would definitely stay again, great central location in Roma Norte and all the amenities we needed (AC, high pressure shower, fridge). Staff were great at turndown service, communicating via WhatsApp made things so easy, and the doorman was always a friendly face after our day out

This was a perfect stay for me for what I needed for my CDMX trip! Clean room, spacious, communicative, and felt safe. Great and walkable area too! The literal only downside was there is a nightclub close by that I could hear at night - but I knew this going in to the trip! Definitely would recommend Casa Cibeles to anyone!

Had a great stay at Casa Cibeles. Exactly what I wanted for my 4 day stay in CDMX. Very walkable neighborhood with tons of restaurants and coffee shops all within walking distance. I will definitely be staying here again.

Phenomenal location, rooms were very clean. Would only say the noise as the hotel is right across from a bar, so one out of the two rooms we got was incredibly loud, but they provided ear plugs and it did the job just fine.

Todo es un paquete completo de gran calidad. Gran ubicación el personal muy amable y tiene estacionamiento. Y el cuarto es de lo mejor wue puedas encontrar. Tiene todo lo que necesitas y mas el filtro de agua es mi cosa favorita del todo el departamento hace tu vida muy facil.
