This hotel is conveniently located, tidy, and reasonably priced. The service was excellent. However, like other Mexican hotels, they have a bad habit of locking guests in the hotel when they are away from the reception. The room has a portion that is comfortable but small.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel, which is modest but comfortable. There is parking available off-site and a few meters from the hotel. It takes 10 minutes to walk to the downtown area, and the prices are very reasonable. The personnel at the front desk are very friendly and pleasant. The hotel is tiny but very tidy and cozy.

In the outside it does not look like a hotel, but once outside the front desk a magical place emerges. Beautiful, soft colors and a fountain. Quiet, comfortable beds and pillows. Hayden is the star. She went above and beyond for us. Kudos too to Fernando and Gabriel. Breakfast is reasonable. Veggie omelet, bread and fresh juice. stayed 4 nights. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

The location of the hotel was excellent. In terms of cleanliness, it was very clean. The room was also functional, with excellent air conditioning. Breakfast was really good. We had omelets, pancakes, coffee, juice, and fruit. It was my wish if I had inquired about parking or if the front desk had questioned where we were parked. When we left early in the morning, our rental car window was broken. The town was a bustling place with cars parked up and down the block as we parked. We abandoned a small carryon bag in the hatchback, which must have enthused someone. Use public transportation if at all possible, and never leave anything, even a jacket or sweater, in a rental car. See if the hotel offers a secure parking area.
