Didn’t have breakfast…way too expensive. A glass with a tiny amount of white wine cost $13.25 US. Front desk staff friendly and pleasant, maids lovely and accommodating, guys on guard at front entrance looked bored. Room was air conditioned, spotless and featured a heavy white duvet. Towels were ok. The “balcony” was merely a ledge and the window opened by tilting it at the top. The music from the bar downstairs didn’t bother us at all. There’s an elevator but one must travel carefully up and down stairs that have no bannisters. Nice lobby, wonderful scented air, lovely decor in a great location. Tip: don’t let the front desk call you a cab…it will take forever. Walk to the corner and flag one down.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is centrally located in the historic district. The restaurant was excellent. There is historic church adjacent to the hotel. I didn’t mind the church bells in the morning as it was better than an alarm clock and it also reminded me that I was in a historical district. There are beautiful churches throughout the downtown area.

This a gem! Quality rooms and amenities...comparable to a Peninsula Hotels. Have been fortunate to stay in many great hotels and this is definitely one of them. Breakfast was exquisite. If you want something exceptional when visiting Querétaro, this is your place.

Check in very easy and quick. Room was excellent, felt like it was very recently constructed. Was very quiet. Location right in heart of downtown was perfect. Stayed 3 nights We ate all meals outside as lots of options so cant comment on the hotels restaurants

We loved our stay at this property. Our room had many thoughtful details, such as L'Occitaine toiletries, and the space was both comfortable and well decorated. We didn't eat at the property, but when we wanted some wine, they had a wonderful selection.
