We had an amazing time while on the roof terrace. There is a jacuzzi by the bed, which is rather large, spotless, and simply stunning. The towels and bathrobes were spotless. One of the greatest services we've ever received was excellent service. The hotel employee encouraged us to bring cheese, wine, and bread across the street to our room after we placed an order. For sparkling wine, we were provided with a service stand with ice and wine glasses. The level of service delighted us. After that, we walked to a lounge located next to our room, where the man triggered the fountain and music for us.

Although you will notice that this is a boutique hotel and the pictures may be very lovely, avoid staying here. Please note that I frequently travel and enjoy staying in the top hotels of all the places I visit. Well, in terms of this hotel, first, you will have to deal with a policy that prohibits canceling a reservation at least seven days in advance, so its up to you whether you choose to take the risk or not. But once you get to the hotel, youll have lots of surprises. My room, which was not a cheap rate considering the standard rates for this type of hotel in Queretaro downtown. The room was small and had no amenities, only four large walls surrounding us. When I requested an upgrade, employees offered me an upgrade for a fee of usd$ 80, considering I got to the hotel at 10 a. M. and no one would use the room available. Wi-Fi not working. I dont know if our four walls room blocked wifi in our room, but we can never connect. The hotel does not have an appropriate parking area, you have to leave your car in a sister hotel, but the problem was that when we arrived in the hotel, all the valet space was blocked and we had to leave the car one block ahead after a new 9 minute road to get back to the area and walk to find a solution. We strongly suggest the Casa. This casa mansion, which is reminiscent of welltodo's traditional Spanish houses, faces the street on its own, but is an architectural delight within the gates. We could hear the fountain's creaking from our junior suite outside the main courtyard and relax outside while admiring the numerous orange trees. The decor in the room and the communal spaces was lovely. The architects had made sure that some of the magnificent rockfilled walls were hidden despite being beautifully refurbished in the 16 th century construction. Despite the fact that the restaurant and bar weren't open during the off-season, the complimentary breakfast was served in a smaller dining area. The employees were excellent, always attentive, and always available. The mattress was the only issue, which raised our only complaint.

This hotel is a wonderful old house converted into a five-star boutique hotel. In a fantastic location, just a few blocks from Queretaro's historic city center. The staff are very attentive and helpful. Highly recommended for enjoying Queretaro.
