horrible experience. Bookings say it is a 5 star hotel with a pool and poolside bar etc. But when you arrive, they are only 4 star. When a large tour group came, the reception tried to push me aside while we were checking in. I had to ask them to finish checking me in. Our room was dusty, not good for a baby! Shower created a dribble of water, and the water temperature didn't stay constant. There was no hair dryer, as promised. Our room was opposite the elevator, so at breakfast, tour groups had left with bags, chatted loudly, waking our baby and us. All rooms are arranged around a central atrium so sound from all floors and the reception is funnelled throughout the hotel. We went swimming in the pool to find clouds of green slime growing in the pool and filth on top of the water. We complained and were refunded for two nights so we could stay in a lovely boutique hotel nearby, el praise, no compensation or apology was given for our complaints. Avoid if you can!.

2 and a half blocks from the cathedral, main square parquet, central kiosk, and tourist corridor. A typical smalltown motel. Large rooms, ringside beds, lots of electrical connections, lights, and places to put suitcases. If there are tour groups, the ground floor rooms and the central atrium may be a bit noisy. Didn't get to use the pool in a downtown area, bar, or restaurant, which is unusual. Parking. On a main street that leads out of town. Not inexpensive compared to many charming little inns on almost every block.

This central atrium is stylish and feels like a read. The room is spacious and has two double beds, the room is dark and facing the central atrium. It has free wifi. The shower was a bit small. The place was peaceful. For breakfast, there is a small restaurant area with the usual Mexican breakfast menu, which is very suitable.

Big rooms, small pool in beautiful inner garden, clean rooms ventilated by bathroom window, main windows looking to a corridor good breakfast, normal restaurant helpful staff on a main road

This place needs some care, it's quiet, and it needs attention. Although, the location is great. The rooms are small but functional, and the room is clean. The breakfast was wonderful, and the restaurant was good. The communal areas were lacking opportunities that were charming. Poor quality furniture, terrible wifi service, and an odd lack of a lounge for a hotel with a lot of rooms. The pool, like much of the rest of the hotel, needs renovation.
