Location is great with a swimmable beach. Property is beautiful and kept immaculately clean. Staff and service is top notch. Kid friendly. Great food. Staff goes out of their way to please you. Loved everything about this hotel! 10/10 recommend. The daily touches (protein shake shots, pool popsicles, chocolates left in room) were my favorite part. The service was next level. Everything would expect at a 5 star!

The most amazing thing about this property is the staff. They take hospitality to an entirely different level. I celebrated my birthday here Solo and it was not missed at any point during the vacation and was recognized when I checked in at the bar when I ordered drinks and even my last breakfast at Comal.

From the moment we set foot on the sun-kissed grounds of Chileno Bay Resort & Residences, we knew we arrived somewhere exceptional. The interiors were chic, airy, and infused with natural textures—think driftwood tones, stone, and linen. From the amenities to the plush bedding and discreet twice-daily housekeeping, every touch was thoughtful and indulgent. COMAL, the resort’s signature restaurant, is a revelation. Imagine fresh ceviche with just-squeezed citrus, slow-braised short rib tacos, and inventive craft cocktails—all served steps from the sea The three-tiered infinity pool is a showstopper. Overlooking the Sea of Cortez, it transitions from lively to tranquil as you move through the levels. Attendants seemed to anticipate every need—whether it was an iced eucalyptus towel, sunglasses cleaning, or a refreshing beverage. What truly elevates Chileno Bay is the service: warm, sincere, and absolutely seamless. Staff greeted us by name and remembered our preferences without us asking twice. It’s luxury that feels human. Chileno Bay Resort is that rare blend of relaxed, coastal cool and five-star excellence. It’s stylish without trying too hard. Luxurious without being stuffy. Romantic, family-friendly, adventurous, and tranquil all at once. Best place we have ever stayed in Cabo! It is incredibly upscale without being snobby. The grounds and rooms and amenities are incredible. Sometimes I feel like I book an expensive vacation and we get there and we're all underwhelmed by how shabby it feels but Chileno Bay delighted at every turn. Staff was fantastic too. Special call out for our concierge Mauricio who thought of every detail and was so responsive and helpful, Andres our poolside server who was attentive, funny and sweet to our kids and finally Elizabeth at Comal who was so sweet to my baby.

The staff was amazing and the property was gorgeous. Loved the aquatic center. The management staff was extremely accommodating. I do have a complaint with Expedia that the oceanfront room we received was not the one we paid for or in the photographs.

Incredibly beautiful property. Gym is fantastic, the pool(s) were amazing. The beach was incredible, and the views were fantastic. The staff was 5 star. My only regret was that we did not stay longer.

One of the most beautiful resorts Ive visited in Cabo. Thank you to Fernanda our concierge! She went above and beyond for us and made are experience even more amazing! Only negative was the food was slightly disappointing for the prices. Otherwise everything else was wonderful!
