Staff was friendly and extremely accommodating. They made me feel super welcomed and at home. I was so sad to leave but I will be back! My room was exactly what it said it would be. A private jet tub with an ocean view. The property is in a private beach, so the ocean waves brings all the peace and vacation vibes. The pool options are endless. I believe there was 3 pool options in each side of the property. There's also a separate adult's only pool 😉 Personally I only really ate breakfast on property but each time I had it, it did not disappoint. Club Regina has my heart. If you're looking for a peaceful stay with great amenities like gym, pool etc, then you'll love it here! Also perfect distance from the airport and san jose del cabo and other areas.

Besonders hervorzuheben sind die Freundlichkeit des Personals, der Service sowie die Lage des Hotels. Man hat einen unglaublichen Blick auf das Wasser. Das entschädigt auch dafür, dass manche Zimmer keinen Balkon haben. Man findet immer einen ruhigen Platz an der Sonne, da sich trotz der Größe alles verläuft. Es gibt mehrere Pools, welche sehr gepflegt sind und man bekommt immer einen Platz auf der Liege. Zu bemängeln ist lediglich, dass die Zimmer nicht standardmäßig mit einem Kühlschrank ausgestattet sind und das WLAN sowohl im Zimmer als in der gesamten Anlage zu wünschen übrig lässt. Aber das hindert uns nicht daran schnellstmöglich wiederzukommen. Das Hotel ist absolut empfehlenswert.

Room is in need of some updating; view was amazing from our room- saw whales from the patio, staff was very courteous and went above and beyond. Not gonna lie, the walking was hard. There are golf carts that will pick you up and take you wherever on property but sometimes it was not worth it for a short distance. I probably lost weight on this vacation due to all the walking uphill. Overall- it was a relaxing 4 days and will miss the sound of the waves crashing until my next visit.

Our room was in middle section of the property and had expansive sea views. We could easily walk to the pools and beach, and there were plenty of lounge chairs with umbrellas available. The staff could not have been more acccommodating and kind. We had several meals at the property and were very pleased with the prices and quality. We thoroughly enjoyed our week here!

Fabulous views, enjoyed watching whales from our room and the pool. Sebastian the activities director was terrific - friendly and fun. One annoyance - people "claim" the lounge chairs by the pool, and leave the pool area - so there is nowhere to lie down even though most of the lounge chairs are empty!

The location and property were outstanding. Built into the cliffs overlooking the Sea of Cortez, our room had a beautiful balcony with a full view of the water. As it was the beginning of February, the whales were spouting and breaching 24/7 and they could be seen from almost everywhere on the property. The staff was very friendly and courteous and housekeeping was great. The studio/kitchenette was very nice; it was a good amount of space and it had most of what you'd need to spend a week cooking for yourself. The only negatives: communication with the property before arrival was not good--I texted twice to inquire about the airport shuttle that is listed in the Expedia profile, and no one responded. I tried to contact them through the website, but also got nowhere. Access to the nearby shopping is only possible with a car. Food quality at the restaurant was average, not outstanding, and the cocktails were spotty. Buffet breakfast was nice and included an omelette station.

The hotel and the views are gorgeous! The only thing that we did not care for was that they were trying to sell us a time share. It somewhat ruined the reason for our stay- to relax.
