Sehr tolles Zimmer, ich hatte Tränen in den Augen vor Glücksgefühl. Sehr schön eingerichtet, grandios mit dem jacuzi, im Bad leider zwei Haare des vorherigen hast. Ansonsten sehr sauber und einwandslos.

Betty was incredible, she was full of honest and helpful suggestions and super kind. All the staff were great. We have been to Tulum several times and the location of the hotel is pretty good, the walk to the better parts of the street side is not too long and the walk on the beach side is great.

We had a fantastic stay at Coco Unlimited Tulum from April 24th to May 4th. The property is beautiful, but it was the lovely people who made the experience truly special.I didn’t catch everyone’s names, but Betty on reception and Jacob in the restaurant were absolutely outstanding representatives of the hotel. They both went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We also enjoyed the lovely food—the chilaquiles were brilliant, and they make a lovely margarita! Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for top-tier service and great vibes in a stunning setting. Vicky and Nick.

This hotel was absolutely amazing. Ms.Betry at the front desk was so nice and sweet, she greeted us everyday she seen us and was so helpful in helping us find taxis at a add decent price. Or room was absolutely great and the view was even better! It was clean and cozy for us 2. We did opt out of housekeeping but we cleaned it ourselves daily. The daily included breakfast was great and the staff was great also! I would recommend this property over and over.. the location was great to be able to walk everywhere on the beach and on the strip street. Thanks COCO for the amazing stay!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Coco Unlimited. Our room was less than 100 steps to the shore and we could hear the ocean waves from our room which was so lovely. It was also close enough to the "strip" where there were many restaurants and clubs, but it was far enough away that it was quiet at night time. Coco is also about 3 minutes walk away from a GoMart where you can get snacks and drinks for a fair price. The hotel itself is showing some wear and tear but overall was kept clean, the gardens were well maintained and the pool was attended to regularly and was very clear and refreshing. The restaurant was great, had a good selection of included breakfast options and was all made to order. It also included a cup of coffee and a fresh juice (watermelon was our favorite). We ate at the restaurant outside of the included breakfast a couple of times and enjoyed our meals at those times too. The staff were all friendly and front desk gave us some activity suggestions. We would stay at Coco again.

Oceanfront room was EVERYTHING! Sitting on the veranda in the mornings and evenings listening to the ocean was blissful. The pool was cool but not cold and the waterfall made the whole experience more refreshing. Lovely beach, clean rooms, friendly staff. Restaurant service was a bit slow but very friendly and accommodating. Food was good—highly recommend the Caribbean Salad. Ask for low salt—chicken was VERY salty but I noticed this everywhere in Tulum.

Coco had some of the best food we had during our time in Tulum, especially the included breakfast! The staff were friendly and our room was huge. Also a great location to walk to any and all bars and restaurants.

Schönes, sauberes Hotel in direkter Strandlage. Tolles Frühstück und guter, freundlicher Service. Parkplätze sind teilweise recht eng und der Schlüssel muss bei der Security abgegeben werden. WLAN deckt nicht alle Bereiche ab. Strand leider Jahreszeitbedingt mit Seegras bedeckt.
