The property is beautiful! The rooms right in front of the beach are just fantastic. Totally recommend staying there. I and my wife had the best time. The staff provided everything very quickly.

We had an amazing stay at Coco Unlimited! It’s a beautiful, peaceful hotel and the perfect place to relax. The rooms were spotless, the entire property is very well maintained, and the staff truly care about every detail. The front desk team was always friendly and helped us with anything we needed.The breakfasts were delicious, and even during the low season there was always something to do nearby. The location is perfect—quiet, yet within walking distance of great restaurants, beach clubs, and entertainment. I had read that taxis in this area were expensive, but that wasn’t our experience. We paid about $24 one way for all three of us, which was very reasonable. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend Coco Unlimited to anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable getaway in Tulum.

The mango margs with room/pool service were incredible and the staff were all very knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. My room was really pretty and the view was lovely.

This is the only place I will stay in Tulum! We had the best time in our little bungalow on the beach at Coco Unlimited. Absolutely stunning property and we LOVED the restaurant on property (and the free breakfast each day!) Staff was so helpful and friendly, even helped us with transportation to and from the zamna music festival late at night.

I had a wonderful stay at Coco Unlimited in Tulum, Mexico. This quaint and lovely boutique hotel sits right on the beach. From the moment you arrive, you walk down a small pathway, take just a few steps, and your feet meet the sand on the way to your room. The rooms are simple yet charming. There's no television, which I unexpectedly loved. Instead, you fall asleep and wake up to the sound of the ocean. Rest in your hammock, bring a good/great book (the Bible definitely counts!), and embrace the stillness. It's the perfect place to disconnect from the noise of everyday life and simply be present. Breakfast was included and it was a wonderful way to start each day. The on-site restaurant served delicious meals, and the hotel is centrally located near other restaurants, taco spots, and shops. What truly made this stay special were the people. Betty was always willing to help, answer questions, and offer recommendations with a smile. I believe one of the other staff members was named Christopher, and he was equally kind and attentive. Solome and her partner at the restaurant were also wonderful. Everyone made me feel genuinely cared for. Beautiful places may draw you in, but it's the people who leave a lasting impression. Thank you, Coco Unlimited, for such a peaceful and memorable experience. I would gladly return.

I was a sole traveller and the staff looked after me. Very friendly and I could not asked for more. Breakfast was fantastic and the beach views were breath taking. Thank you team Coco Unlimited. I highly recommend.

We had a beautiful ocean front room which was great. The staff were all very nice and helpful. Reception helped arrange several taxis for us. The restaurant food and breakfast is very nice and the location is perfect. Would definitely recommend.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The property was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, but what truly made my stay exceptional was the outstanding service. Sehr tolles Zimmer, ich hatte Tränen in den Augen vor Glücksgefühl. Sehr schön eingerichtet, grandios mit dem jacuzi, im Bad leider zwei Haare des vorherigen hast. Ansonsten sehr sauber und einwandslos.

Betty was incredible, she was full of honest and helpful suggestions and super kind. All the staff were great. We have been to Tulum several times and the location of the hotel is pretty good, the walk to the better parts of the street side is not too long and the walk on the beach side is great.
