Las instalaciones en muy buen estado, solo si verificar bien el tema del agua caliente ya que sale en pausas. También modificar la ubicación de la tv para que este en la habitación . Quiero dar un agradecimiento al personal que es muy amable y atento en especial a la chica de recepción del turno de la tarde noche y al cocinero Jonathan.

I stayed here for what was going to be 3 nights but I ended up leaving after one night. The hotel is NOT in good shape. The room distribution (in the apartment style layout) is odd, undecorated, and feels very empty. There are NO windows in the unit that allow you to look outside. Although they list A/C as an amenity, the ONLY A/C unit is in the living room, the bedroom and dining room do not have A/C and get very warm. The A/C in the living room leaks water onto the floor. The boiler is not properly set up, so it can ONLY provide boiling hot water or cold water, nothing in between. When I brought my concerns to the attention of staff, they refused to offer me a refund for the unused nights and didn't seem interested in assisting me. The only great service provided here was Jose in the breakfast area, he was fantastic. Perhaps they should promote Jose to the general manager of the hotel to try to turn things around.

Hotel has restaurants and bars around the area. Staff if very helpful and friendly. Room was spacious but unfortunately, the shower flooded and only 1 guest was able to shower.
