This is a popular place, and many guests return. However, many were unhappy with their rooms and were changed. The lack of functioning air conditioning appears to be a major issue. Restaurants are fantastic, our favorite is French without sounds. jose was our waiter and he was most professional, as was his air crew assistant. The drinks were also good, and my champagne was nice and cold. Thanks, Sahir. Our hostess panel was excellent and assisted when necessary, out of her position. Its obvious that marina, the boss, has built a wonderful team. Congratulations to all and the chefs. Three resorts in one form of this resort. The family resort has a great play area, and the adult resort is good. The staff is all helpful and very pleasant, but a general lack of staff is working. Places need cleaning, pools need better care and maintenance, and there are numerous repairs needed everywhere. It is undoubtedly not a 4-star resort, but they do try.

During the past 40 years, our family has visited Crown Paradise. Despite the fact that things have definitely changed over the years, the personnel is consistently great. We are always looking forward to seeing our favorite bartender, Polo, as Oscar at the front desk takes amazing care of us! I would like to recommend some of the best things that we have encountered during this visit, including the excellent chicken quesadillas that are served with room service for breakfast, and the beautiful views from the rooftop pool.

The pictures on the internet aren't exactly accurate. The buffet food was always cold, bland, and specific to Mexican tourists, and the rooms could use some improvements. Guillermo and Daniel at the lobby bar deserve particular recognition. Always smiled and provided a warm greeting. The pool bar's captain Nicholas was really interested. The captain at the buffet, Hipolito, deserves special recognition because he went above and beyond to ensure that my meals were correctly served and always greeted me with a warm grin and welcome! Thank you to everyone who made my stay special!.

I like this resort and would like to recommend it. As I left, they left with a lovely cake, which was beautiful. The spa was peaceful and did a good job. The hotel has signs of wear and tear, but the staff do their best to keep it clean and inviting. Nobody was cleaning, trimming, polishing, and so on at any part of campus. My family of 11 adults celebrating their birthdays was very pleased with their efforts to clean it up and make it comfortable and welcoming. Ivan, Rosa, and Liliz are outstanding young bar staff but all the staff are great, and Pablo at the pool bar. We would like to name them all. The maids cleaned very well, restocked our mini fridge, freshened towels and supplies, etc. There are no concerns. The menu at all the restaurants is beautifully prepared by experienced staff. We always felt like royalty. There is nothing to complain about. Our final evening meal at salvador exceeded it all with Pablo the lovely capitan remembering us from before, our hostess, yvonne, and the server, pablo and moises, who gave incredible attention and made sure the meal was perfectly prepared. They gasped in my eyes as we left because of their kindness and generosity toward our departure. However, we received great value for our money and will return.
