Here’s a version that’s under Expedia’s 1,500-character limit while keeping your main points: We had a wonderful stay at Dreams Punta Mita Surf & Spa and would definitely come back! The resort is beautiful, brand new, and very well maintained. Our room was spotless every day, and housekeeping did an excellent job. There are plenty of pools, a fun water park, and slides for kids. The food was excellent with lots of variety, and no reservations were needed. Just arrive around 6:00-6:30 PM for dinner to avoid long waits.Meraki was our favorite restaurant—delicious food, excellent service, and surprisingly not crowded. El Patio and Seaside Grill were also fantastic. Shout-out to the amazing waitstaff at all three restaurants!The Kids Club team was outstanding—professional, kind, organized, and great with communication. My daughter loved every minute there. Alex, our waiter by the kids’ pool, was friendly, patient with children, and always attentive.The spa was another highlight. Daniela and Alejandro provided exceptional service, and Brenda gave an amazing massage. The spa was clean, peaceful, and perfect for relaxing.My only suggestions are to improve communication about entertainment, as activities weren’t clearly announced and we missed Fiesta Mexicana after it was moved. Also, after a long trip with tired kids, the check-in desk isn’t the best place to promote the timeshare presentation.Overall, this is an excellent family resort with beautiful facilities, outstanding staff!

Excelente hotel vale la pena cada centavo!!!, comida deliciosa y el personal super atento. Lo único que falla es que para entrar a las albercas de niños o áreas de niños no hay rampas!!!! Entonces como esperan que pasemos con carriolas y algo molesto a tomar en cuenta es que es muy revoltoso el llegar a cada lugar del hotel y todo está lejos tienes que tomar como 2 o 3 elevadores pero en general yo si regresaba

El hotel es muy bonito, tiene muchas amenidades, las albercas están climatizadas, el área de niños está súper planeada y cuidada, la comida es muy rica y el Personal muy atento, vale la pena el Costo , la playa si bien tiene muchas piedras se disfruta. Únicos puntos a mejorar es que un elevador de nuestra torre de habitaciones estaba descompuesto y al ser un hotel familiar si hay mucho flujo de carriolas o sillas de ruedas y el único elevador se satura, en el mismo sentido faltan más rampas. En general un muy buen lugar al cual pienso regresar

The only unfortunate part was the construction next door outside our room. The noise from it was awful and started very early in the morning and till later in the evening. Everything else was lovely with the hotel itself. Food was amazing.

Las habitaciones están limpias y con todo lo necesario, el personal siempre fue muy amable, las albercas limpias, el área de niños lo gozó mucho mi hijo con muchas actividades. La comida 10/10, el restaurante italiano delicioso y su atención excelente. Lo único es que no hay muchos camastros en playa siempre que bajábamos no nos tocaba camastro, sé que están divididas la zonas dreams de secrets pero si es necesario más comodato para dreams en playa.
