Our first all inclusive. It was a great time! The beach was overrun with kelp, but that’s more of a global warming thing than a hotel thing. And they constantly cleaned it.

First family vacation. We were in the preferred club. My kids loved it! The pool was clean. The staff was super helpful and friendly , i felt like they always went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. It was nice to make conversation and jokes. The drinks in the preferred club were definitely better. Overall definitely planning to come back and definitely within hyatt for any future vacations. Would 100% recommend

This place is great for kids. You do have to use an app for reservations, which was a pain for us. Many activities ended early. Summer time is not the best time there is so much seaweed in the beach!

Staff was very friendly and helpful! The room was great. Great view of the resort and water. The only downside was all of the sargassum in the ocean, but that is no fault of the hotel. I guess I just visited at the wrong time of the year.

We had a great stay. My kids loved all the pool options but their favorites were the lazy river and water slides. Some of the food was very good and some was just ok. Nobody in our group ever went hungry or left a meal without being full. My kids favorite thing was the rainbow drink. They drank them all day every day. The spa is amazing! I definitely recommend doing the hydrotherapy and massage. If I had anything negative to say it would be that sometimes the use of the app for reservations or room service could work better.

El hotel está increíble. Todos son amables y dispuestos a ayudar. Las albercas están impecables. Los toboganes padrísimos. En general muy buen ambiente.

This is my second time staying at this specific property and will definitely be back. Everything from the staff to property is nothing but 5 stars. The restaurants are all amazing - so so many choices. Rooms are gorgeous. Pools are beautiful. Can’t say enough about the service from start to end- above and beyond. When they say welcome home they 100% mean it.

This was a wonderful resort! I loved it from the beginning to the end. It was beautiful and most of the food was really good. The staff was wonderful as well and very helpful. 2 things I didn't like were that the activities didn't always have the location listed so we'd have to ask. Also, there was a lizard in my bathroom and when someone came up to get it, it had disappeared. And I was on the 6th floor. Other than that it was a great experience overall and I highly recommend it.

Excellent resort. We went right as off season began so make sure you look to see what restaurants are open as you plan your week.

Excelente hotel. Totalmente recomendable

Perfect for a family with children! My kids loved the lazy river and the resort was small enough to not be overwhelming but they still had plenty of activities and events. The performers in the shows were so talented!

Everything was absolutely perfect. The only thing was the buffet at night is not open every single night, as someone staying there the whole trip I feel like as it should be open for the people daily. Or else you’ll be stuck in these two hour wait lines at the restaurants inside the resort. The hotel itself was kept clean 24/7.
