The room was fantastic though the plumbing was inoperative. There was little flushing and inadequate water pressure. Although small portions, the cuisine was excellent. Drinks were tasty, but you must pay for bottled beverages that aren't included in the all-inclusive package if you're seeking premium spirits. Avoid the exotic travelers club's sales pitch. They promised to listen to a 1 hour sales pitch and we'll give you two massages for the price of one and held us for three hours. There is a lot of seaweed on the beach, so you can't swim in the sea there. The resort has no markets, just a high-priced gift shop.

5 stars in this place. Beautiful location, large rooms cleaned daily to a high standard. The entire staff is very friendly and helpful. Its a big place but there is a buggy to take you anywhere you want. The pools are clean, there is also a saltwater pool. The ground is stunning and very well kept. The evening entertainment is excellent, and all the drinks are brand. The food is great everywhere, with a wide variety and you can tell they have mitch chefs. There was some seaweed on the beach, but they cleaned it every day, I would recommend this hotel to anyone. I would love to go back.

A special thank you to my mother for bringing her to the El Dorado Royale to celebrate her birthday and mothers' day. Enrique and Rafael are butlers and they are amazing. They went out of their way to ensure that everything was perfect for our entire trip. I'll definitely ask for them again when I visit.

This hotel is fantastic in so many ways. The staff is fantastic, everyone we met couldn't have been friendlier or more helpful. The rooms are amazing equipped, spotlessly clean, and the beds are very comfortable. The grounds are immaculate, and the area is beautiful. Food is excellent, though not as gourmet as claimed, with plenty of different varieties. The concierge is very helpful and easy to reach. The only drawback for us, which was a major drawback, was the beach. Its an eye-catching sight on an incredible stretch of the Caribbean. Due to previous erosion there are dozens of large concrete blocks dotted along to stop surges, and the sea is nothing but a rock sand. Of course, it was not the fault of the hotel, but I just wish we knew before arrival, as we were desperate for a beach vacation. If a beach isn't important to you, there are many beautiful pools, but for us, it's not recommended.

Overall, it was another wonderful, memorable vacation. Our room was beautiful, and the food was delicious. The staff was the best part of the trip and always has been. Hector and mini were our butlers. Alma and lndra stopped by just to say hi to us. Jorge was a great addition as a new butler. Ramon, our bartenderbeach butler, impressed us. He provided towels, drinks, food, and a wonderful conversation. If he isn't assigned to our pool, we will look for him on our next trip. Francisco, our personal concierge, was also very accommodating.
