Everything is fantastic as usual, but please bring back your great Mexican seafood you had back in the days… (to many hot dogs and dry burgers) And it’s definitely not the fault of personal. You just changing your concept. Shrimp tacos, ceviche and aqua chile became I little less exciting than before

Beautiful property. Loved the two bedroom panoramic view suite with three bathrooms and it was the most comfortable suite we have stayed in. The beds were very comfortable and the staff were so courteous and helpful. The rooftop pool was so beautiful. The meal prices are comparable to USA prices or even more, but we had the all inclusive package which was totally worth it.

Exceptional Service and an Unforgettable Stay – Truly Among the Best We’ve Ever Experienced We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Garza Blanca Puerto Vallarta – truly one of the best resort experiences we’ve ever had. We travel extensively, typically 40–60 days a year, and have stayed at many high-end resorts around the world. Even with that in mind, this stay stood out as something truly special. A heartfelt thank you to Darinka Peña Joya, who went above and beyond to make our visit unforgettable. From the moment we reached out before arrival, she handled every detail with care and professionalism — arranging our restaurant reservations, organizing a seamless early check-in, and upgrading us to a stunning two-bedroom beachfront suite. We were celebrating our two-year anniversary of living in Mexico, and thanks to Darinka and the team, it genuinely felt like a special occasion from start to finish. The resort itself is breathtaking, with incredible ocean views, outstanding food (Hiroshi and the Korean BBQ Fire Table were highlights!), and a perfect balance of relaxation and luxury. What truly sets Garza Blanca apart, however, is the level of service — thoughtful, personal, and consistently one step ahead. This was the most beautiful hotel resort that I have ever stayed at. We can’t wait to come back again. All the employees were very nice, helpful, polite, kind, and funny. The room was spectacular. We had a junior suite with a hammock on a big balcony overlooking the ocean it was simply a magical vacation. Thank you Garza Blanca.

Rooms very spacious and clean. Service top notch! Staff went above and beyond to make your stay unforgettable. Miguel at the concierge was amazing! Also liked to mention Karen who helped me decorate the room for my little ones birthday thank you! You were awesome. Ramon by the pool provided us with exceptional service. All the restaurants are very good with quality food. Thank you Garza Blanca we had a blast!

We noticed a few bad reviews before we arrived, but honestly this resort is amazing! Construction was limited, the food was perfection. The resort, views, and staff were all great. Will definitely look to come back to Garza Blanca some time in the future. Maybe when the resort is finished as it looked like they had at least one or two more towers being constructed.

This is our second time coming to this resort but this time we brought our family to experience the same excellent customer service, food quality, variety of drinks, friendly staff, and unparallel hospitality. Kudos to all the staff who made our stay a memorable one. Particularly to Jose, Humberto, Roberto, and our housekeeping lady, Cynthia, who kept our room clean, organized and well stocked.
