Was our first time at this resort and it far exceeded our expectations. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Food was very good and in general all the amenities provided were exceptional. We went as a family of four with our two seven year olds. They had activities at the kids club everyday and was a highlight of the kids experience. Great balance between kids activities and adults.

This was our second stay at Garza Blanca. It’s very family friendly. The rooms were clean, and the resort was well maintained. The service was excellent. The food was delicious. The pool service was also excellent. Overall, we had a wonderful time there with our kids.

Really enjoyed out stay. Went with a family of 4 (wife and 2 teens daughters). The room was beautiful. Large, spacious and clean. The resort was beautiful as well. Breakfast buffet was very good/excellent. Dinners were great overall. Really great food for an all inclusive. Steakhouse and Chinese were excellent. Sushi was below average and the Mexican restaurant was a bit underwhelming as well. Service was excellent in the restaurants and on the Beach.

It's a slice of paradise with all the amenities and fun. A little far from main hotel zone with tourist activities (pro and a con). Rise early to claim your pool spot. Food at the restaurants was all excellent except DaVino Italian Restaurant.

This was our first non inclusive experience and we were impressed! The Food was top notch, the drinks were excellent, the ambiance and service were impeccable. We had a spacious one bedroom suite with a balcony facing the pools overlooking the ocean, it was breathtaking to wake up to a sunrise every morning. The room had every amenity we needed as a family: a large bed, pullout, and a rollaway cot; washer/dryer and full kitchen; two full bathrooms plus a giant bathtub that we all enjoyed; and a lovely private patio with furniture and a comfy hammock to relax in. Housekeeping kept our room clean and well stocked every morning, afternoon and evening. The pools were gorgeous and the pool staff were all so great! We didn’t explore the beach much but it was very pretty albeit a bit small and unfortunately suffering from sargassum. There were activities all day every day for all ages; the kids really enjoyed the kids club and the daily outdoor games; I loved the yoga and water aerobics; and my husband appreciated the gym and volleyball games in the pool. The spa was by far the nicest spa I’ve been to. The only things we took issue with were the pool seating politics, which is apparently a new thing with the best seats reserved for “elite” members and residents; we also had a weird noise in our room which I think was related to the HVAC, and everything felt damp in the room. We will go back!
