The entire staff was very nice and helpful and cheerful. They clearly like their jobs. The room was very clean. Special mention for Adrian who transported me from and to the airport, very knowledgeable about the country and its culture. I loved the breakfast. I will stay there again.

Beds were so comfortable that I came home and purchased my own pillows from the same company. The restaurant on the roof has great food and incredible views.

A very safe place to stay. Everything was clean and functioning. The sheets were crisp. Everyone was so kind and attentive. Especially the front desk. I don’t remember the lady’s name, but the gentleman was Arlando. They were both very kind.

Hotel provided airport transportation. It was at a cost of $30. No instructions on how to use the hotel phone to call the front desk. Hotel was very clean with a wonderful roof top restaurant

The concierge tried to put us in a room that had no windows. How could they do that? I was like no way I know I asked for a king size bed, but no one should be in a little room with no windows. He did move us to a double bed with windows, which was much nicer. I was never told that there was construction going on and no pool. We never would’ve stayed there. the restaurant was nice. Probably the only thing that the customer service guy was nice. He took care of us in our immediate problem. Thank you.

From the moment we arrived, everything was top-tier. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, always going above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. The rooms were spotless, modern, and super comfortable, and the views were absolutely beautiful. The location was perfect—close to everything but still peaceful and relaxing. We loved how easy it was to explore and then come back to such a calm, clean space. Every detail felt well thought out, and the service truly made the experience unforgettable. If you’re visiting Belize, I highly recommend staying here. I’d definitely come back again!
