This is a wonderful hotel for me because I've stayed in a lot of different hotels. The view from our ocean view suite was my favorite part. We looked out over the ocean at the setting, the room and decor, the facilities, and the numerous pools. The employees were generally extremely helpful and effective. The infinity pool across from the restaurant provided amazing views as well. During our stay, we were celebrating our birthday, and Antonio at the concierge gave us some great ideas for fun activities and restaurants. Luis at the front of the hotel is a treasure and was a huge help throughout our visit. I intend to return here. We had paid for a huge junior suite with an ocean view that we had paid for. We had anticipated a complete ocean view suite, but it was only a partial view. There was only one bed in the suite, instead of two. The front desk personnel seemed not to mind that we were placed in a room that was different from what we had spent for. They were not at all helpful. The rest of the staff was outstanding and the hotel is fantastic.

The good of this location is beautiful! The property is beautiful, giving you the impression that you are in South France. Beautiful views of the mountains, ocean, and surrounding property. This location is ideal because it's close to the falcon and beaches. Be advised that you must drive up a steep cobblestone road, but it is worthwhile. If you don't want to drive, parking is available and a taxi is ready. The rooftop pool was gorgeous! However, the food on the rooftop was high priced. We stayed here on Tuesday and Friday. During the week, the spa was fairly empty, but it became more crowded near the weekend. We took full advantage of the spa, and we heartily endorse it. The biggest drawback was the front desk personnel! When I inquired about this at the front desk, I was informed I would have to pay $150 more for a room upgrade. The guy at the front desk said, if we check out after paying $150 and upgrading our room the following day, they will charge us $100 for the late fee. I didn't have to stay until rp, just until rp because we were on a tour that day and would probably return to the hotel late. The lady at the front desk said after I paid $150 and upgraded the room the following day, the guy at the front desk said if I qualify for an upgrade, they could put money toward my

Beautiful hotel with excellent views in every region. The pool is spotless, with a great temperature and numerous lounges, making it easy to find a great spot! We enjoyed watching parrot flocks fly by in the morning. Be kind and grateful to the staff, and you'll be treated the same way, we will return! The rooms are enormous, spotless, and well-furnished. I had a nice dinner at the upstairs restaurant with a wonderful outlook. Excellent air conditioning. The beds are firm and extremely comfortable, and I slept well. It isn't a problem to locate a fantastic location, as the pool is clean, has a great temperature, and has many lounges. Breakfast is excellent, with a wide selection of traditional and delectable Mexican dishes. If there is nothing that you want, simply ask, and the chef will make an omelet or eggs of any variety for you. We tried the popcorn shrimp, following the advice from other reviews. I also had a lovely dinner at the top restaurant with stunning views. I recommend the lychee martinis.

First of all, I want to thank alberto alvarez, one of the conciergebell boys, for making our stay very special and for taking the time to plan my birthday surprise with my husband that helped make our stay memorable and romantic. He was always willing to help with anything, thank you very much Alba! Now, if not for the terrible front desk service, I would have given this property five stars. There were few people on the property when we checked in and they refused to provide early checkin. Second, the front desk guy who checked us in didnt explain that we received a 20 discount on food and beverages through expedite we learned this later during our stay from a waiter at the pool. They refused to upgrade our room while we were expedite gold members, I have never had this problem with other hotels. Instead, they placed us in a joined room with a door that is connected to the room next to us. We ended up asking for a new room due to lack of privacy and the lack of security with the joining door to random strangers staying next to us. Even after explaining our concerns to the receptionist over the phone, they responded with an attitude and told us it was impossible to change rooms that were only on the first level without a view. After an hour, they rang to tell us to move into the other room next to us. Are you serious, there were clearly empty rooms
