Our stay was AMAZING!!! Staff were so helpful when we arrived for answering all of our questions. The resort was sooo beautiful and maintained so well. We had the opportunity have concierge messaging and I that was sooo helpful! Transportation around the resort was speedy and convenient. Our room was beautiful and comfortable. The pools were so easy to find chairs despite the ocean not being the best due to the sargassum. The food at Sumptori was by far the best. Looking forward to trying other options whenever we are able to return.

La limpieza impecable, la atención inmejorable, la comida exquisita en los restaurantes que probamos, las albercas y bares al alcance de todos, camastros suficientes tanto como toallas. Lo único malo fue la playa, llena de sargazo, sin arena, solo sargazo, piedras y ya. Difícil moverse para personas con alguna discapacidad motora. Aunque hay carritos, estos están complicados de subirse si tienes dificultad motora en las piernas. Los precios de las tienditas están al triple que en la ciudad de México. La flora y fauna para disfrutarse a lo grande. Les recomiendo quedarse de 6 a 6 noches para conocer todo el desarrollo porque es enorme y vale la pena cenar en varios restaurantes.

We had the absolute best time staying at White Sands via Expedia. Our Expedia concierges, David & Cielo, went above and beyond to make every day there special and to make sure we had everything we needed. The staff throughout the entire resort are exceptionally friendly, kind, and wonderful. Special shout outs to Emma and Jazive from POP who took care of our daughter at the baby center and babysat at night. Shout out to Alex on the PTC sales staff! Shout out to Jacob who served us dinner at the Cenote! Can’t remember our therapists names, sadly, but we also both got the best massages of our lives at the Spa. Loved all the landscaping, nature, and wildlife. Wonderful vacation! Can’t wait to come back.

We stayed at the Grand Palladium White Sands April 1-7. When we arrived we were greeted by staff and told we had concierge service with our stay!! Raul helped us whenever we needed him and was so friendly the whole week. The resort was the most beautiful i’ve ever been to. Staff was amazing. The pools were warm enough yet not too warm to swim. There was always some food at the buffet that we loved so no one went hungry. Drinks weren’t strong but tasted great. We never got bored but were still able to have the most relaxing trip!!

We had a very good stay at Grand Palladium Select White Sand Resort. The service was one of the best parts of our experience. Every staff member we interacted with was friendly, attentive, and genuinely tried to help. The shuttle drivers, waiters, restaurant staff, and housekeeping team all made us feel welcome. A special thank you to Cielo and David, our concierges. They were always helpful with restaurant reservations, different questions during our stay, and also helped make our checkout much easier by arranging transportation to the checkout area in the morning. The resort grounds are beautiful, with a lot of nature, many pools, and enough activities during the day and evening. The beach was also beautiful, with plenty of space to relax. The only downside was the sargassum, but we understand this is a natural seasonal issue and not something the hotel can fully control. Our room was good overall, but a little outdated. However, housekeeping was excellent. The room was cleaned very well every day, towels were replaced, the bed was nicely made, and we received small surprises like sweets. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this resort, especially because of the service, beautiful grounds, and relaxing atmosphere.

Where do I begin! From start to finish, the staff was kind, attentive, and accommodating. We celebrated my wife’s birthday and truly felt welcomed the entire stay. The food was outstanding — breakfast, lunch, and dinner at every location were consistently excellent. The restaurant variety was impressive and easily one of the highlights. Housekeeping kept our room spotless and fully stocked daily. The property itself is beautiful, well maintained, and clean throughout. The pool area was spectacular (with poolside bars!), making it both relaxing and fun. A special thank you to our concierge, Raul — he was exceptional. Extremely helpful, resourceful, and genuinely welcoming. He made a big difference in our experience. The one major downside was the Travel Club staff. Although polite, the staff was persistent and pushy from the moment we arrived. We were pressured to attend a presentation and expected to make a financial decision on the spot without time to research or think it over. That felt uncomfortable and unnecessary during what should be a relaxing vacation. The beach had noticeable seaweed, limiting swimmable areas, though there was a small usable section. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would return.

Our family had a wonderful time during our week long stay at White Sands. The property is beautiful and the two main pools are huge. We spent most of our time at the Colonial Pool which gave us easy access to breakfast and lunch buffets, the kids club, the kids pool and slides, a giant main pool, and the beach. We ate at several of the à la carte restaurants and had a great time at all of them, with Bahia e Brassa being our favourite. The most outstanding feature of our stay was the staff. At every turn they were kind, helpful and genuinely interested in making sure we had a good vacation. Raul O., the concierge, made our stay so memorable. He got us reservations at every restaurant we had hoped to try, he helped us anytime we had a question, he had helpful recommendations and even arranged a few surprises for our daughter (4 yo) that made her so happy! Our room was kept incredibly clean by Eduardo; we so appreciated the daily service. The staff at the front desk were very kind, and also at all the buffets. We often ended the day with dessert and coffee at the buffets and were treated so well by Theresa at La Hacienda each night. We would 100% return here as White Sands had everything we had hoped for our vacation!
