Excelente hotel y atención, vistas muy bonitas, instalaciones y habitaciones muy bellas especialmente la suite premier. Personal y meseros muy amables. Comida muy rica y el restaurante Italiano bastante agradable. Como sugerencia, tener una mejor atención y amabilidad únicamente en la recepción del hotel, fuera de ahí todo excelente. Único disgusto fue la insistencia en vendernos la membresía, pues nos quitaron 3 horas de la mañana las cuales no pudimos disfrutar por más que decíamos que no nos interesaba. En general una experiencia muy bonita y hotel bastante agradable. Especial mención a Carlos (animador de alberca principal) por su excelente atención y siempre de buen humor y a todo el personal del restaurante Vidanta

El lugar es muy lindo y cómodo . El cuarto estaba muy limpio todo el tiempo gracias a la gente de limpieza . Todos los empleados muy amables y serviciales. El buffet particularmente a nosotros no nos gustó , siento que podrían mejorar en eso. El restaurante Italiano Andiamo fue el lugar que elegimos para desayunar, almorzar y cenar excelente la atención y la comida. La cafetería que estaba cerca del buffet muy buena también. Todos los días hay actividades y shows muy buenos , el personal de entretenimiento es excelente . La playa es muy linda , bastante espacio , sillas y servicio de meseros .

This is an amazing resort. There needs to be another dinning option but everything and everyone was amazing. Check the seaweed before you go but there's nothing the resorts can do about it during that time.

Here’s a polished review in English: We had an exceptional stay, and the level of service exceeded all our expectations. A special thank you to the butlers, Oscar and Jesica, whose professionalism, kindness, and attention to every detail made our vacation truly unforgettable. They consistently went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of our stay was perfect. The service in all the restaurants was outstanding. We would especially like to recognize Jesica, the Buffet Captain, who went far beyond her duties to make every dining experience special. Likewise, Chef David demonstrated remarkable dedication, talent, and hospitality that made each meal memorable. We could say so much more about the incredible staff, especially the waitresses and team members at the beachside restaurant. Their warmth, attentiveness, and genuine care made us feel welcomed and valued every day. Honestly, there are not enough words to fully describe the extraordinary service we received throughout our stay. Every member of the team contributed to creating an unforgettable experience. En pocas palabras volvería sin dudarlo el personal me quedé enamorada de él súper atentos, sin excepción alguna. La comida 10/10 uno de los restaurantes es buffet todos los días me encantó que todos los días son diferentes. El chico de la alberca de adultos me recomendaba bebidas de lo más amable (yo no sabía que tomar de todo lo que veía) En uno de los restaurantes un sr llamado Gerardo daba la casualidad que me lo topaba tmb en los tacos súper servicial . Los chicos que dan mantenimiento o no sé cómo se diga que cortan los arbolitos un amor (mi mamá se perdió ya que el hotel es bastante grande ) y la llevo a recepción que es donde la estaba esperando. La chica de las paletas tmb muy linda La amabilidad de todos, sin excepción hicieron que nuestras vacaciones fueran perfectas. Te hacen sentir super bien

We had the most magical time! Our butler was truly a blessing. He was very helpful in making our reservations and reserving our Bali bed for us. He also left me a wonderful birthday surprise. We were so sad to leave. The wait staff were kind, helpful, attentive, and all around wonderful servers. My only complaint is that the water did not get hot in the shower.

we were promised five restaurants in a buffet, but when we got there, four restaurants were closed for renovation. I was beyond mad. I’m only able to go away once a year and I look forward to the food like most people probably do on vacation. It wasn’t the hotel‘s fault. It’s Expedia‘s fault because they should’ve told us before we booked it. I am writing a review and complaining to Expedia and expect a portion of my money back or I will never use them again. The hotel was amazing and did what they could to make up for it because we were so upset again it was not the resort that made the mistake or the false ad advertisement. It was Expedia.

Resort muito bom no geral, ótimo para relaxar e comer bem. O atendimento foi excelente, com funcionários muito simpáticos e prestativos. O Carlos anima bastante as atividades do resort e deixa o ambiente mais divertido. A comida é gostosa e, mesmo com o restaurante japonês em reforma, continuaram oferecendo opções japonesas no restaurante principal. O restaurante italiano Andiamo também foi uma boa experiência, principalmente pelo ótimo atendimento do Edilberto. Destaque especial para a Judith, nossa concierge, que foi extremamente atenciosa e simpática durante toda a estadia.

This place was amazing. I had a fantastic ocean view. I visited mother's day week and the ocean was clean turquoise waters. The staff Juliana and my cook friend Feliciana were so friendly and helpful. My favorite bartender Damian was one of the best. He was very professional and lots of fun. I had a butler named Jorge that helped me and the family in everything we needed. Overall experience it was amazing amd I will come to this beautiful place. I recommend it 1000/1000
