Fantastic choices of food and drink and we had a great time here. The hotel complex is looking a little old and could do with some updating and the hotel should employ extra staff to clean up around the whole property and in particular the taco bar and pool areas and to control the wildlife constantly going through the overflowing garbage cans! The hotel spa is the best we’ve ever been to and Rafael and Marianne are awesome!

The staff was very helpful, the food was amazing at the big restaurants like mama mia. Everyone was so help i will do it again. I have to say my only one flaw is booking an excursion using the "Liveone" excursion team (usually located in a booth by "spiderman"t or right before the beach he manager wasn't very help full and managed to steal $45 dollars after there supervisor Wilman was going to give me my refund. Other than this group they were amazing

Everything was spectacular staff, service, facilities and the property cleanliness. Very responsive and attentive to our needs. A big variety of food and drinks. A big thumbs up to Enas and Natalia from spa team. Arath and Jose Pichardo from concierge, they helped us a lot in so many things to make our stay more easier. Rodolfo from housekeeping. The talented Teppanyaki chef was amazing and the food was so delicious. So everything was perfect from the check in until only one annoying incident happened at the check out. We booked the airport transfer with a company and was very early in the morning, we called the guest service team almost 25 minutes before the pick up time. They took forever to send someone and we made another call to hasten our departure. Finally they send someone and picked the luggage. Once we reached at the reception and we did the check out and after checking on our transportation with the bellboy and the security, they confirmed that the pick up has not yet come. After sometime they gave us a no show receipt from the company which was delivered by the driver. When we went to speak to the receptionist, he told us that I have nothing to do and he said you may call them to check. Then we asked to speak to the manager who was so unresponsive and unhelpful at all. We tried to tell him the story from the beginning but he tried to blame us and explained that what happened was our fault without showing any kind of sympathy or consideration to our situation.

This is my 2nd time here and we love it. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. The food definitely was much better this time. We had so much fun. The only issue I have is the swim up bars stink so bad. I’m not sure what It is but it’s not a pleasant smell. Also ask off the restaurants were booked and we didn’t get the chance to go to a lot of them. Overall amazing place though

I got there a couple days after the storm and you can still see they were recovering from it but the staff was on top of it. It’s a nice big property plenty to do their activities are pretty good no complaints and they have a good selection of specialty restaurants to eat at.

Está súper bonito el Hotel, mucho extranjero, muy amable las personas que trabajan ahí y siempre te ayudan. Lo único es que hay varios cuatis ( animalitos) que buscan comida … solo hay que tener cuidado al momento de comer en la alberca pues aunque siendo inofensivos, agarraron varias cosas que traíamos de comer incluso cerradas. Peor en si el hotel súper bonito y muy ameno para mis hijas de 5 y 7 años. No hubo necesidad de ir a las albercas de niños.
