Weve traveled all over the globe and the grand sirens have been our special place for fun and relaxation for the last 9 years. The staff provides exceptional service, makes everything special, and is very friendly. The resort is exceptional with plenty of activities to do many pools party, quiet, kids, a lava river, snorkeling right off the beach, swimming with the dolphins, and a wonderful spa. There are many different types of restaurants, and the food is creative and delicious, even the buffets. The rooms are spacious, beautifully decorated, and wellkept, all with balconies and jetted tubs. The shows are fantastic, with live music and a disco most nights. The resort is great for couples, families, and friends. Enjoy every moment! The staff who made our trip extra special include marlene, alexis, angel, adrian, jose, clement, cali, familiar, rig, marco, and cairo.

We are a family of 4, 2 children under 4, and 9 years old. The rooms we were brought in were wonderful, spacious, clean, and exactly what we needed. The bathroom was excellent, with a large tub and a water fall shower option. There was food, pasta, and pizza, there was something for everyone, it was great! Fresh bread! There is just so much meat. We noticed at the busy buffets in the morning that it was sometimes a little difficult to find a clean table because it appears that they were a bit understaffed early in the morning. We went to the smaller buffet at the steakhouse. There was great food there. A la cartes. We tried steakhouse, italian, and thai. They were very funny and always worked to get the crowd going, and we found a new animal every day. The beaches are extremely nice, with so many incredible animals everywhere. It was a little outlandish for us because our family is a very reliant on nature. But it was really awful. We did not really go to the shows, but we took a cab to ith avenue, and the cab driver was fantastic. We had to take the four-year-old around halfway through, she was exhausted. It was so amazing, but it was definitely worth it. It was crazy and very hectic! I will surely go to the sirens hotel

The flights from Patrick on a tui flight were both excellent. After a lengthy delay, the passengers had to board the coach for the taxis to get to the hotel. Check-in went smoothly and without any issues. The room was spacious, spotless, and extremely clean. The eateries were adequate. Not the most excellent, but you could always find something to eat. Pools were also good, but the seaweed on the beach added a little to the mess because you couldn't go in much. The seaweed on the shoreline only partially ruined the occasion. The beach bar's dining and the cooking on the beach were both excellent. Drinks are adequate, but they will issue you brand drinks if you ask for them. We had hell's worst neighbors, drab, and gloomy neighbors. There was fights, loud music, screaming, and yelling all the time. We didn't want to remain in the room. We complained to reception, but nothing was done. To be entirely honest, it seriously ruined the vacation. Because of this, we are returning home soon, and this is our second visit. Will never return.
