Food was great, property was clean, staff were helpful and kind, showers are fantastic, and we would go back with the following knowledge- Distance- this property is large and many rooms are a solid 1/2 mile walk to the main food and amenities. We had to get a new room for my 85 year old mother who could not walk that far. The rest of us just got blisters. Shuttles are available but wait is often more than 20 minutes. Staff worked hard to accommodate my mothers mobility limits Air conditioning- was substandard in buildings on top floor. A/C on first floor rooms seemed much more functional

We enjoyed our stay, thought the food and the overall aesthetic of the resort were top-notch. Aiden and Alfred helped us immensely with our day to day reservations, the restaurant staff were all incredibly kind and the nightly entertainment options were wonderful. We would recommend this property to others and agreed that we would consider coming back another time. However we were both very disappointed that we were not able to enjoy the beach/ocean at all and that we were not informed beforehand that the seaweed issue and stench would be so terrible. Had we known, we would’ve stayed somewhere else or booked during a season where the seaweed issue wasn’t so bad. We paid a lot of money to enjoy paradise, and felt that we only got half of the experience of the gorgeous Riviera Maya despite paying full price. 8/10 stars

Our experience at Grand Sirenis exceeded our expectations. I’ve been to other resorts in the past but Grand Sirenis has set the bar high. Starting with the second we arrived, we were met with amazing hospitality and service by all the staff. We felt spoiled! Adan and Alfred were extremely helpful throughout our stay and made sure we were always taken care of and answered any questions we had. Adan even went out of his way to make a dinner reservation on our first night. During the days/times Adan wasn’t available, Juan stepped in and checked on us multiple times. The two concierge for our room section ( and ) made sure we had everything we need, assisted us with shuttles, and general questions about the resort. Amazing staff, beautiful property, fun activities, and all the food options were so much better than I was expecting. We will be back here in the future!!

- Excellent customer service - Good options for food - More if a relaxed vibe than a party setting - Lots of beautiful wild life to observe. - Need more guest entertainment/evening shows - Lower room I was first given had an overwhelming mold smell and I had to be moved. Moved to a nicer upper unit and they were kind about it but if you smell mold, move. They tried to tell me it was normal but started to feel sick when in the room. - I would still 100% go back back because of the beauty of the resort, the variety of food and restaurants and the great customer care while there - If you can book directly with the resort as its cheaper than expedia packages and you get VIP access.

Absolutely loved our time here at Grand Sirenis. The staff were really welcoming and accommodating. The grounds were very clean and well maintained. We liked that it was not a party atmosphere because we were looking for a relaxing holiday and that's exactly what we got. By booking through Expedia we had our own concierge and got one free day at the spa.

The staff was amazing at this resort, Evryone was exceptional. Our Hosts Leo and Jharry made sure my husband and I had everything we needed daily. They were friendly, courteous, and always eager to help. They made our experience extra special. We became ULC members while we were there and are looking forward to many more awesome vocations.

ALFRED was our concierge and he really took good care of us. He arranged our dinner reservations - always available and very helpful. I think (not sure) if you book through Expedia you get Alfred! Restaurants are very good! Good for families or singles. Lots to do - kids park, lazy river, 3 pools - 1 quiet pool and 2 pools with swim up bar. Great beach and lots of wild life. Another staff member - Edgar - always remembers our names from year to year. You might meet him outside one of the restaurants in the evening. He can take care of anything:)

This was hands-down the best resort we have ever been to. It was super clean and the staff was extremely caring and friendly! Adan was our concierge and he was awesome! He got us into the restaurants we asked for and continually checked on us. He genuinely wanted us to enjoy our time! We also loved the spa! We did the hydrotherapy and wow!!! Gerard at the spa took us through it and was amazing (because we had no idea what we were doing). He was fantastic! He even made us a wonderful coffee! We just got home today and I absolutely recommend this resort!!! Thank you for a wonderful experience!!!

Es ideal para familias, la comida es de excelente calidad. alma la chika del restaurante pueblito linda hace unos capuchinos únicos tanto en diseño como en sabor, felicidades! El personal es profesional y atento, tuve un incidente y olvidé mi celular en el auditorio platea me di cuenta de inmediato, regresé y ya no estaba, aunque de momento no me daban una razón, Christian el concierge del edificio me indicó que NO se debía perder nada hizo una llamada y en un par de minutos me estaban entregando mi equipo, situación que AGRADEZCO MUCHISIMO. También quiero manifestar que es la segunda vez que visitamos el hotel, y planea regresar.

Our stay at Grand Sirenis Riviera Maya Resort & Spa was absolutely amazing from check-in to check-out! From the moment we arrived, everyone was so attentive and welcoming. The resort itself is beautiful and incredibly clean, you can really tell they take great pride in maintaining the grounds. Every area felt well cared for and relaxing. The staff were truly INCREDIBLE. Guest services consistently checked in on us, and since we booked through Expedia, we even received a complimentary hydrotherapy spa experience, which was such a nice touch. At dinner each night, the staff always made sure we were happy, and the service at every restaurant was top-tier. Our favorite experience was Carnal—the show and the food were both AMAZING and definitely a highlight of our trip! But the person who truly made our stay unforgettable was Isaias, the bartender at Sambay. He went above and beyond for my boyfriend and me, providing exceptional service and making every visit so fun and memorable. Overall, this resort was nothing short of perfect. If you’re thinking about going—DO IT. You won’t regret it!

My family just returned from a 5 day stay at this hotel and we could not have been happier- the property is modern and is beautifully decorated as well as very clean in all areas. The staff is lovely and highly attentive to its guests, making us feel pampered and cared for. The concierge staff (special thanks to Juan) went out of their way to get us the best dinner times and restaurants as the restaurants were quite crowded due to spring break. The pools are massive and never felt crowded, the food was delicious in the buffets and specialty restaurants and the room was cleaned well each day. We loved seeing the adorable monkeys and other animals too! Thank you for a wonderful vacation!
