We had an absolutely incredible stay at this resort in Mexico—truly a 5-star experience from start to finish. The property itself is beautiful, spotless, and perfectly maintained, with amazing pools, great food options, and plenty to do whether you want to relax or stay active. What really set this trip apart, though, was the Family Select experience—especially the butler service and swim up room. The pools were immaculate and so relaxing. It made everything so seamless and stress-free. From helping with reservations and organizing our daily plans to checking in regularly and going above and beyond for even the smallest requests, the butler team was exceptional. Traveling with family can sometimes feel hectic, but they made it feel effortless and elevated the entire vacation. The staff across the resort were warm, friendly, and genuinely attentive, always going out of their way to make sure we were enjoying ourselves. You can tell they truly care about creating a memorable experience. We would absolutely come back and highly recommend this resort—especially if you’re considering the Family Select upgrade. It’s worth every penny for the added comfort, service, and overall experience.

This hotel was amazing, every restaurant was a different experience, food was delicious, buffets were great, good variety. There is plenty of animals on the property, they are wild animals but won't approach you or attack. Also, there is many no feeding the animals signs. The property is huge, have many activities, good music and a lot to do around. The staff were super friendly, welcoming, helpful. I would definitely come back and recommend to others.

Everything from check-in to check out was great. The resort is nice but they need more activities. The pools were Awsome never had to look for a chair. Food was good but need a little more variety like themed evenings. Breakfast was Awesome, Teppanyaki was a no-go food was way too bland they need more Asian spices and Miso Soup! The other restaurants on site were so-so! But all in all,I would return.

Overall, we had a great experience in regards to what the resort had to offer. We enjoyed all our meals, the pools, the shows, but most of all the newly renovated rooms! However, be weary of seaweed season! It completely engulfed the beach, smelled of rotten eggs, and we were not allowed to dip in. Nonetheless, that is not a fault of the resort but the season.

I stayed at the Grand Family Princess Sunset! It was upgraded all the rooms were refurnished and redone. My kids loved this place from the swim out pool, bunk beds, to the kids pools, and the kids clubs. The a la carte restaurants were designed really well, and the food was incredibly good. I was also impressed by the shows, all the dancers were professionals and live entertainment had everyone clapping. I would definitely come back to this resort. There were pools everywhere, and the main lobby was large, impressive and designed well.

I thought this property was so unique in the fact that every day I saw a variety of animals roaming the property. From raccoons, coati, monkeys, iguanas, lizards, and even stags, does and their babies…every day was a delight. The property was excellent. The food was phenomenal. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The only negative we had in our week was the.sargassum and that was on mother nature, absolutely nothing to do with the hotel). I would 100% return to this property. It was a fabulous week and I would recommend it to anyone. In fact, I took pictures of the kids zone to share with my family so that they may take advantage of this terrific hotel.

This is an amazing all inclusive for families and couples and even for a solo trip. The resort is kept very clean. Staff is always welcoming, friendly and very helpful. The check process was very smooth. Ricardo was great and took the time to explain everything to us. The newly renovated rooms are absolutely breath taking. Beds are super comfortable and the pillows are amazing. House keeping does an amazing job everyday keeping the rooms clean and ensuring that we had enough towels and products during our stay. The resort has three major pools. One when the water sides and a kid area, and two huge pool areas with swim up bars. All were kept clean, easy to get towels and the drinks were great. There is a main buffet for breakfast and lunch. Absolutely great and a huge variety. You can eat there everyday and not have the same thing twice. For dinner, there’s 7 restaurants to choose from. Just make sure you make your reservation at the concierge desk. Magdanela is there and she is fabulous. Took the time to explain all the different restaurants and what they offer and she can also make any special recommendations and requests you may have happen. I was able to plan a wonderful birthday dinner for my wife and have a cake come out at the end. All thanks to her! Also there is an all you can eat ice cream bar. The gym is absolutely great Spa was also a very nice experience And the shuttle service to drive you around the resort.

The entire hotel and rooms were super clean, kind staff, many clean pools, excellent food at the main dining hall. Restaurants were a little disappointing though which was fine given the ample options available at the dining hall. Highly recommend this resort!

This resort was absolutely amazing! The entire place was grand. The grounds were kept amazing. Everything was so clean. The renovation to the place made the entire experience unforgettable. The different buffets had great food and beautiful settings. The resteraunts that you had to make reservations for had amazing food as well. Our favorite was the hibachi. The courtyard where they would have music in the evening was also a great experience. The sports bar was the largest we’ve seen at a resort so far with lots of seating and TV’s for the games. There are lots of pools at this place so you always have a spot to get in the pool. The beach had a bar open and a couple other spots that looked to be under renovation. The only negative experience was the mass of seaweed but that is everywhere along the coast. The kids pool area looked to be a great experience with lots of water splash’s and slides. Definitely a good place to bring the kids to. We used America Transfer for our shuttle service and they were on time and a great experience. Overall a wonderful experience and would come back!
