The price isn't worth what we paid and it came with the wrong amenities and towels. I didn't get that. The shower floor was dirty with broken pieces of soap that were thrown out and the drain cover was thrown out. The room's cleanliness was good but not good and the connection was terrible. The room was quiet but it was weird because it was like a ghost town. We could not enjoy the spa because we were starving after walking through the metropolis and climbing Canton for the majority of the day. We had a great time in Pueblo, cholera, and lalala but no one let us in. These reviews are the only things that captured our experience. The only things that match our experience were the artwork on the walls and the lovely sitting room off the restaurant. But after about a year, we found the service to be among the worst we have ever experienced in Mexico. I should have known that the most recent review was a year ago. We have been left alone previously... worrying what we were supposed to do but never ignored. I had to ask the maid if my car had been put in the parking lot at least 4 times. The maid neglected to clean the shower. I understand people forgetting but when I asked if I could get someone to come in and clean the shower, all I got was a shrug. We like the stay, and the service and attention of the people around. We visited the canton pyramids 10 minutes away, and other haciendas from the 1800 s, I was so impressed, we highly recommend it.

A different region to visit undoubtedly. A small museum run by the lion family is located across the street. It seems that every area of Mexico has a family that adores its surroundings and exhibits. Since the adjacent canton site has unusual walled walkways, obsidian deposits, several ball fields, and elevated dwelling areas, this town is especially intriguing. If you have time for side trips that are a little off the beaten path, close to the large, little-known canton archaeological site, and nearby Pueblo, Palapa, xiao, and Peyote are all excellent. Checking wasn't too awful considering the commotion with luggagepeople in a tiny, but lovely lobby. We were fortunate enough to be in room 106, which had an enormous bed, a fireplace, and Indian furniture. Although each room was a little different, some of our travel companions had much simpler, yet well-appointed accommodations. We got hot water right away. Some of the rooms had solar-heated, and others did not. Gorgeous jacuzzi-like bath, but filling would take too long. With an open stall, it can be a little challenging to enter the restroom comfortably! Comfortable bed, enough warm for the cold night there. The fireplace only stayed lit for 15 minutes. Definitely something to look forward to at this hotel. It is a great hotel with a great correlation between price and commodities. Its just one hour 15 minutes from the pueblo highway, so easy to drive. The hotel people are very nice, and the room is really comfortable. In front of the hotel, you can test and buy spiritual beverages made by his owner. Tepeyahualco is really a small place with nothing to do. But the hotel also has good prehispanic museum pieces from the canton site, 15 minutes away from Tepeyahualco. You can also visit Alchichica lagoon and others from here. You can also request a tour service.

The hotel spa is in the middle of Tepeyahualco city. It is a large property with many old, nicely remodeled buildings. Rooms are eclectic. This time of year there is no climate in the rooms because it is not well-planned and chilly. Beds are comfortable and rooms are nicely decorated with most Indian names? Motifs. The spa is completely empty. The massage room is cold and no one is there. The temascal prehispanic sauna was closed and the pool was empty. There is a restaurant but the menu is quite limited. The location could be very nice and appealing, but better management is needed. A place to stay if visiting a canton site.
