We cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience at Haven Resort. The staff were the absolute nicest people I have ever encountered at an all-inclusive resort. They take great pride in their customer satisfaction. Our butler Candido was fabulous. He made all of our dinner reservations for us, arranged private transportation to La Delfina beach and La Isla Cancun mall, and provided extra personal touches to make our room feel special. The housekeeping staff were always on top of clean towels and making sure we had everything we needed in our room. The food was great and always fresh. We had a romantic dinner our last night and my husband ordered the Tomahawk steak which was cooked to perfection. We upgraded to the Serenity club package for the swim out pool which was totally worth it. We had a great view of the ocean from our patio and pool. All of the bartenders are friendly and made sure that drinks were always delicious. Maria at the Limes bar makes the best drink with tahini rim We weren't expecting much for entertainment but were blown away with a traditional Mexican dance performance- We loved it from start to finish. I would 100% recommend this resort to any adult who wants to eat well, drink well, and relax.

When asking about the beach area ask if the seaweed is stinking up the hotel because we weren’t told this was happening, we’re very disappointed

My wife and I had an amazing vacation. Our room was one of the best with a swim out pool with 24hrs room service.!The staff were attentive and welcoming. The scenery was beautiful and the massive pools came with umbrellas along with chairs.

We LOVED the staff and how accommodating everyone was. It was our first trip to Cancun and wanted to be away from party night life but able to still access events, dancing, karaoke, and they always had something going on every night. We loved PACO! Thank you for everything you were amazing and made our trip so special. My boyfriend proposed on the beach and Paco was able to set up Letters “MARRY ME” on the beach with a special romantic dinner. It was unforgettable. Thank you everyone! Be sure to visit Isla Mujeres while your there if you are a beach lover like me. There was too much seaweed at the resort, but the service could not be replaced we would stay there again!!

Enjoyed our stay at Haven. It is quiet and adults only. There are multiple pools to choose to swim in on the property. The staff throughout the property were very kind and accommodating to everyone in our party. I would highly recommend this resort and will return again.

We’ve been to many all-inclusive resorts throughout Mexico, and I can honestly say Haven Riviera Maya is one of the best we’ve ever experienced. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, every detail exceeded our expectations. The resort is absolutely beautiful—immaculately maintained, peaceful, and the perfect adults-only escape. Whether we were relaxing by the pools, enjoying the beach, or taking in the stunning views, everything felt luxurious without ever feeling crowded. The food was exceptional, which is something that’s hard to find consistently at all-inclusive resorts. Every restaurant offered delicious meals, excellent service, and plenty of variety. We never had a disappointing meal. What truly sets Haven apart, though, is the staff. Every single person we encountered was warm, friendly, and genuinely seemed to care that we were having an amazing vacation. A special thank you to Emmanuel at the lobby bar, who somehow never let my drink go empty! He was attentive, personable, and made every visit to the bar feel special. It’s employees like him that turn a great vacation into an unforgettable one. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. Every part of the resort was clean and beautifully maintained, creating a relaxing atmosphere that made it easy to completely unwind. If you’re looking for an adults-only resort in the Riviera Maya that delivers incredible food, outstanding service, beautiful accommodations, and a truly relaxing.
