Restaurant staff are helpful and friendly. Shuttle drivers are polite and very helpful. For some reason they stopped cleaning our room and bringing towels the day before we left,

We had a fantastic vacation. All the staff from the valets to the concierge's were extremely helpful, professional, and kind. For longer stays maybe have some different food rotations at the restaurants. Also, the Palapa bar should be open later to give another option in the evenings - maybe have one bar for adults and the other one for families. There were a lot of children running around late at night supervised, and unsupervised. But overall, this day was a 9 out of 10.

200% recomendable.

We had a wonderful stay! The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything we needed. This is a great family-friendly hotel with amenities and activities that kids can enjoy, making it an excellent choice for families traveling with children. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to other travelers.

This is the second time visiting this hotel… and my family loved it! Great for kids. The only downside is the beach, but you have different pool options and a water park for the kids.

We stayed here for 7 days with our family, including our 5½-year-old, and had a wonderful experience overall. It’s incredibly kid-friendly, with a dedicated kids’ center, evening activities for families, and 6–7 pools, so there was always somewhere to swim and play. The food, especially dinner, felt like a fine dining experience and was one of the highlights of our stay. A few things I’d point out for future guests. The property is very large, so I’d pay close attention when choosing your casa. Being close to the amenities you plan to use most can make a big difference, as getting around the resort can be inconvenient. Also, while the pools are fantastic, there isn’t a wide variety of activities beyond swimming. The beach is more of a sheltered inlet than an open beach, which was a bit disappointing if you’re expecting a traditional beach experience. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this resort for families, especially those with young children. Just know that it’s best suited for a relaxing, pool-focused vacation rather than one packed with different activities.
