To commemorate the new years, we stayed at Puerto Valllarta Hilton, and it didn't let us down. It was great, with live music, fireworks, and dances, just what we desired. The entire time was filled with excellent service. Lila, the concierge, and everyone else on the entertainment team, particularly elizabeth, edge, Sammy, and renal, were all extremely accommodating. Since I'm a hilton Diamond member, we had access to the club lounge, which was quite delightful. Mauricio provided excellent service there. We were most pleased with the availability of expensive French cognac, such as remy martin and martial. The lack of good food was likely due to watered-down cocktails served by the pool, and not all of the restaurants' cuisine. However, you could always discover delicious cuisine, either at the buffet restaurant or at the same restaurant where you might not like something but could order something else. We love the Mexican restaurant the most, especially with their guacamole preparation and presentation. The evening lobby performances were excellent, with outstanding musicians performing. Beautiful hotel design, fantastic sea views everywhere. We'll undoubtedly return!.

It really worth the price! And then, it was a wonderful experience at this incredible location. After that, they have the most impressive amenities there. Subsequently, it is just a short Uber or taxi ride from Zone Roman. Besides that, they also provide mini refrigerator, which is maintained every day, along with room service, which has an extensive menu that can be utilized until the evening. After that, they have a lot of facilities. The second one, which has a heated pool, a swim-up bar, and two hot tubs, was excellent because they are family-friendly. The third pool has two hot tubs, and the primary pool has a swim-up bar. Finally, they also serve an excellent view. Finally, they serve only vodka from the high end. This is a fantastic all-inclusive that is family-friendly. Also, we will be returning.

The food served here was very fast and friendly, with nice bartenders and entertainment team. And then the ambiance was so wonderful. Besides that, the lunch was served with an English speaking employee.

The atmosphere was a real treat, and the activity activities were planned every day. The staff was amazing. The reason why my family and I stayed at the Hilton in Puerto Vallarta. The trip was wonderful, not only because of the amazing activities but also because of the incredible staff. Special thanks to Edgar Ronald sammy and Liz Rafael.

This is our last time kayaking! They are so kind and professional. The staff members in this club are the great bartenders, including Atashi, Daniel, and Eric, they are all very kind. This bartender is very friendly and has so much knowledge. Polo is one of the nicest people to run the club lounge smoothly! Edge was an amazing fitness instructor who oversees most of the activities. We were really grateful to small, one of the lifeguards who was very attentive and watch over everyone on their swim and the water! Finally, I'd like to thank Israel for making kayaking a great experience!.
