This hotel is awesome. We were fully satisfied with this stay. Room was confortable and food exquisite. Location is excellent so we were at a walking distance to many beautiful places. Special recognition to cafe and restaurant staff. For sure we will come back to feel welcome again by the front desk and conserge who were also very helpful and friendly.

Outstanding hotel and location in Mexico City. Breakfast is made to order and included with the stay along with a cafe where you order anything on the menu and there is no charge. You only pay for wine and speciality beers. We highly recommend the free walking tour around the historic area

I was in Mexico City for the England vs Mexico world cup game and am so pleased i booked this Hotel. The staff were amazing, the hotel is gorgeous and the architecture is beautiful. Amazing location too with so many good local restaurants. Highly recommended!

Excellent Stay in Mexico City’s Historic Center! We stayed at our hotel in the Historic Center of Mexico City for our anniversary trip in June 2026, and it exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived (after a smooth ride from the airport), the experience was fantastic. Cleanliness: This place is immaculate. Our room was spotless upon arrival and stayed that way throughout our stay. Fresh towels daily, sparkling bathrooms, and no dust or issues anywhere. You could tell the housekeeping team takes real pride in their work. Staff: The service was genuinely warm and friendly. Everyone from the front desk to the cleaning staff was helpful, smiling, and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. They offered great recommendations for nearby restaurants and attractions, and nothing was ever a hassle. Location: Perfect! Right in the heart of the Historic Center, we were steps away from incredible sites like the Zócalo, beautiful colonial architecture, museums, and amazing food options. Walking everywhere was easy and safe, and Uber was always quick when we wanted to venture a bit farther. The room was comfortable, the bed was great for resting after long days exploring, and overall it was exactly what we needed for a romantic getaway. We’d definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Mexico City. 5/5 stars! 🇲🇽

The hotel is in a great spot to access the historic centre. It’s really very well run and all the staff were friendly and super efficient. I hardly ever have a comment to make about the cleaning staff but Gloria serviced our room and not only was attentive to what we were using and replaced as needed with extras (eg coffee)but tidied our things and made the room look immaculate. The transfer arranged through the hotel worked great too. Another thing to mention is the free coffee, beer and snacks around the clock if you want them. Really excellent all around and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone.

Excelente servicio, nosotros llegamos a medianoche al hotel y nos atendieron muy amables, nos ofrecieron su servicio de cafetería gratuito, y muy surtido, con cafe 24 hrs, de todo tipo, pan dulce y snacks. Incluye el desayuno que es a la carta muy bueno. Los baños estan renovados y las camas muy limpias y cómodas, me volvería a quedar con ellos, y lo recomiendo. Ellos nos consiguieron transporte al aeropuerto.
