We booked this place on the basis of an idea from a Mexican family. Price is suitable, but the price is worth it. The room is clean, there are no bed bugs. No AC. But I will not stay here again.

We came upon this location as a couple because it was centrally located and had parking for our large pickup, and we were tired of driving ensenada in the dark after traveling from so baja that day. By mexican standards, it appeared cheerful enough and kept outside. We requested a room, so we were given a I bed. We were given a room I, which was very close to the lobby. It appeared to be 1950 Mexico, a big old one with funky large curtains bars on the lower floor, but ascertaining that the bed was licensed appeared OK, and the bath appeared newly tiled. I naively wondered what the neon orange curvy lounge chair next to one window was. We paid about $ 38 and went to dinner. The lobby had four Mexican guys hanging out, gaining a room, talking etc. They appeared to be a little rough. When unpacked, around 11 pm, the truck turned on to laughing about the size of the old to I duct taped the curtains against the wall so we had privacy and voila, Mexican porn was the only channel available. It's difficult to post a picture oh but at the front desk, there is a nice assortment of condoms and tubes. The funky emptiness feeling the following morning was at least subdued. The room's position was strategic, and it had lots of parking for our large pickup. And then, the atmosphere was so loud. After that, the room was very nice, with a little drape bar on the lower floor, the bed was already licensed, plus the bathroom looked brand new. Subsequently, the room looks like a 1950 Mexican hotel, big, dark, cockroachy. The downside is that they only promote wifi at the lobby, despite the fact that they advertise wifi everywhere except the lobby. The positive sides are the friendly atmosphere and the excellent ambiance, especially after the bad breakfast. Plus, the staff here will never disappoint, but they will never complain to us about that.
