Back in July when my fatherinlaw was sick, my partner and I remained here. We chose this location over others because it was reasonably priced and conveniently located. Such a lovely surprise was the view from the penthouse! It was only visible in the photos we had seen during the day, but at night, you can simply see the city explode! The best sunset views of the city and the beach. A really fun way to enjoy the panoramas was to swoop in a hammock on the patio. The accommodation was a great location to unwind while pity a loss because of all the chaos that occurred during our trip. The hotel is lovely and we would visit here again! Not to mention they clean the room and pool every day! They even exchanged some cash for us since we werent completely settled in before coming to the hospital, which was only about 1015 minutes away.

Absolutely, I will come back if you need them. Great location and customer service. For example, they gave dramatize motion sickness pills and bandages when we asked where we could but they couldn't even find any other solution. Beautiful hotel, very clean.

We just got back from a wonderful three-week trip at Arena Dorado. This was our first visit, and with the exception of some questions about the ownership for 2015, we made the leap and booked for the following year. The proprietors, Victor and Marco, are lovely hosts. My husband developed a nasty chest infection, and Victor not only drove us to a nearby physician, but also stayed to help us with translation. Lydia and gustavo the staff keep everything spotless. Excellent position near the beach, buses, taxis, restaurants, and many more. No hot water in the kitchen or bathroom sink, which is my complaint. New bedding is undoubtedly in order. See you again next year!.

It was an hour's drive from the airport and 7. 5 minutes by bus to downtown hua. My partner, who I recently stayed there for a week, came back to the room with us on march 7, and I cannot express how impressed I was with the staff. Very helpful, pleasant, and courteous. There were a few problems with room 3, among which was the toilet flusher was broken, the hot water tap in the shower was too tight to turn, and the sliding door wouldn't lock. However, their assistant, Gulavo, was a fantastic handyman and did everything in no time. I liked the location since it was directly on the main road where buses pass from morning until around 7 o'clock. Although the rooms are so far back, you don't hear anything. Our room included a small balcony with two chairs and a tiny table, a living roomdining areakitchen with to, fridge, two burner stove, and microwave, and a separate bedroom and bath. A large and very tidy area. They clean every two days, which was more than adequate for us. The beach and several convenience stores, one of which sells books from past tenants and several eateries were roughly one of the area's residents. What a great place to stay in Zihuatanejo, the location was ideal for us, steps from the beach but so quiet. Very easy to get to the city center if you want more excitement. We stayed on the ground floor in the dark room and loved it. Beautiful foliage in front of the patio provides privacy from the pool. The room was cleaned every two days, and that was perfect. The grounds were immaculate, and the pool is amazing. Other guests while we were there were all repeat guests on longer stays and were very nice and advised. Victor was very easygoing and helpful. I highly recommend staying here! We will return.

Excelente hospedaje, la playa está a 4 min caminando, por lo que pagas es buena relación precio calidad, solo reforzar el tema de la limpieza. Personal atento. Considerar la distancia al centro de Zihuatanejo, el traslado sería en vehículo.

LE MENCIONE VARIAS VECES QUE NO HARIA USO DE LAS INSTALACIONES ALBERCA, REGADERAS, ETC. My travel planning usually pays off, but Bungalow's in the Zihuataneo/Ixtapa area was a HUGE exception. As a Google Local Guide, I know to verify a hotel room or short-term rental in person before payment. What I found? A disgusting, moldy room, nothing like the online photos. The kitchen was unsanitary. Then came the cancellation nightmare – hours of calls, transfers, and zero resolution. I've posted photos and videos on their Google Maps profile. Save yourself the trouble and book elsewhere. And seriously, think twice before using the booking platform. #zihuatanejo #travelreview #badhotel #traveltips
