We traveled with an infant. They helped us carry the stroller up and and the few steps we needed to get to the elevator. It is CDMX after all. The breakfast was included which was such a nice treat. They opened at 7am we went everyday. Everything was delicious. The bathroom and everything was extremely spacious. We cannot wait to go back.

Friendly, attentive staff, wonderful room and service. We loved the outdoor terrace for breakfast and evenings. Overall, a fantastic experience. Highly recommend!

Real value for money. A charming small hotel, with quality linens, a nice breakfast on the roof (with a view of the neighborhood) included in the price, and a friendly staff. On a quiet tree-lined street but close to the park and just a few blocks from a key metro line. Lots of good food with blocks.

This is a fabulous hotel. I can not recommend it enough—beautiful, large rooms, great bathrooms with a large glassed-in shower. I had a small balcony, which was lovely and very quiet. The rooftop care/bar was perfect.

Great room, great location! Could offer a few more amenities - bottled water wasn’t included in our stay beyond the first day, and they didn’t have scales to weigh out luggage. Bathroom products were very nice though, and the staff were lovely!

Hotel Dama is a beautiful, modern cozy hotel that has excellent service, delicious breakfast and drinks plus a very comfortable bed. The hotel is a hidden gem that is close to attractions while staying off busy streets. Hotel includes breakfast and is reasonably priced place.

Loved the Hotel Dama. Stayed in two rooms on the first floor and would have preferred a upper floor but not available. The staff at the front desk and in the restaurant were wonderful.

Fantastic hotel in a great location. I would definitely recommend staying here for a trip to Mexico City.we stayed for 2 nights at the beginning and end of our trip to Mexico. It’s very easy to walk around the lovely neighbourhoods of Condesa and Roma Norte from here, after a lovely breakfast on the roof terrace. The staff were excellent,. Maria was very welcoming on reception and always helpful and friendly. Would love to visit again soon

This is a great hotel. Charming professional, beautifully designed and incredibly polite staff. Great location. I have no idea why this is only given a three star rating as a hotel. It should be five star - greatly enjoyed it

I wish I could give five stars. If I was younger, I would try to buy this hotel and turn it into a gem. The staff is FANTASTIC!!! Young women and men who trying to please. Great communication skills. Good location. Just a few issues: 1. Housekeeping needs training. Every day is a hit or miss...One day they forget to leave washcloths. They only leave one hand towel. No place to hang the bath towels. On hook by the shower where the bathrobe is hanging. One day they hang the wet towels on top of the dry bathrobe. Other times, they changed the towels. There is only one trashcan in this room and it is in the bedroom. No trash can in the bathroom. Another time they washed the coffee cup but not the little spoon which was stuck to the saucer with dried up coffee... 2. You get two Nespresso pods for free on the first day. Any time after, you get charged for the Nespresso pods used in the room. Seriously!! Never saw this in any other hotel in my life. 3. No kettle in the room and no tea for tea drinkers. 4. The hotel rooms are not very well insulated. When somebody walks in the hallway, you hear the steps. 5. The terrace is nice for breakfast. The omelette maker chef is amazing. Great omelettes. The waiter we had every day was very service oriented. No view from the terrace...very "urban" setting. I very much wish that the hotel management to fix the issues above. They leave a bad taste. Overall it is an OK hotel in a good location.

The property did not tell us there was no AC in the entire hotel prior to our arrival even though they had been actively communicating about different services they offered before our arrival. They had a portable AC unit that was super loud and made it very hard to sleep with. They told me they would give me a 50% refund on the first night due to the AC inconvenience but it was a lie. Would probably recommend staying elsewhere as for the price I paid was nowhere near worth what the hotel offered.

No hot water, then no water for a full night into early morning. And no info regarding this from the hotel. A backpacker hotel, not a luxury hotel as advertised by Expedia. No spa or spa service, only two towels for the cold shower my husband and I took. Rooms barely cleaned after our second day. We finally booked a true luxury hotel at 1/9 the price of this total rip off. Disgraceful.
