It is a beautiful property, although it has a lot of small issues - particularly with our balcony room. Handle for closet came off, door to patio came off, no refrigerator when arrive, no TV in our room. We could have known more of the language ourselves, but front desk / reception did not speak any english :(

I was pleased with the staff and service.The hotel is older, so the fridge was a little rusted around the door and wasn't really cold, but was o.k. for beverages.It had hot water, which didn't occur in other hotels where I've stayed. There is no elevator, which was fine for me, but others might find this a detriment. The bathroom window in the shower needs a privacy film on it, as there is another building with windows that face the bathroom window. The room was bright and pleasant.The hotel is right in the middle of the shopping area and restaurants and the beach-an east walk to wherever you want to go. I would definitely book this hotel again.

Todo bien, el servicio fue rápido, no nos hicieron esperar, el único tema fue que son 3 pisos y no hay elevador, fuera de eso, siempre fueron muy amables.

We enjoyed our week long stay here last week. This location is the best of all worlds. On the pedestrian only avenue, so you can walk, sit out, and people watch, and right in the midst of every kind of restaurant, cafe, and nightlife, just one block from the beach. The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Kevin. The room (#4)was very large and extremely clean, the water was always hot, and plenty of free drinking water. Just a note: the description was for a balcony per room, but there really is only one or maybe two. But you can sit on the bench across the street and enjoy the neighborhood. A bargain!

EXCELENTE!!! Em especial ao funcionário jovem que fica lá, não lembro o nome dele, mas é muito educado, conversa e dá dicas para os hóspedes! Wi-fi muito bom e pega no quarto! Fiquei no quarto 2º andar, quarto nº 8 e não foi barulhento, pois tem janela que veda muito bem o som de fora. Dormia muito bem! Localização perfeita em Playa del Carmen. Só não tem café da manhã, mas isso não é problema pra mim! Tem restaurantes muito próximos com café, além disso, na esquina, tem o bom mercado OXXO. O hotel fica a cerca de 3 quadras da praia. A 4 quadras do Ferry Boat para ir a Cozumel. A 4 quadras das Vans que te levam a Vários lugares, como Akumal beach, Xel-há, Xcaret, Tulum, cenotes etc. E fica a cerca de 6 quadras, do Walmart hipermercado. VOLTARIA NELE COM CERTEZA!!!

The location is perfect - right in the center where all the action is. But it is quiet enough, the staff is super friendly and helpful, room was clean and beautiful, we got a room on the top floor, with a private balcony and lounge chirs. Free wi-fi in lobby and in the room! Downside is that there is no elevator (top floor with suitcases - not easy) and the water pressure was very low (but that's a general problem in Mexico hotels). Overall - we were really happy with our stay.

Hotel Delfin has many strengths. They include: outstanding location, free WiFi, front desk staffed 24hrs., super friendly service by all staff employees and owners with regards to recommendations for restaurants, tours, etc., Very clean with reasonable pricing. Nice relief from the typical sterile hotel atmosphere, has all the basic amenities and gives a sense of place with character and cleanliness. We would (and will!) definitely return.

Great ...nice Hotel...close to everything people need during vacation times...2 blocks from a very nice beach....very closed to restaurants...to shopping ....to grocery stores ( important to buy beer, since they are a must because the heat ) ....quiet rooms...clean....great service...very friendly and accommodating staff......a great place to stay at a good price..... No Parking ,but manageable since there are free municipal parking just two blocks away.....Hotel definitely recommended.
