Por el precio, uno de los mejores hoteles de puerto escondido, ubicado a un atxi de 100 pesos a la punta (4 minutos en taxi, 20 caminando) y 150 pesos a zicatela. Los cuartos de buen tamaño y el staf muy atento. Se me olvidó un buen reloj y me lo guardaron, ya por eso automaticamente un 10. Lo que no nos gustó fue el desayuno. En la página decía que venía incluido, es un café, un platito de frutas y un pan bimbo tostado. La verdad no es un desayuno y si fue muy desepcionante. Si arreglan esto sería el mejor hotel de acuerdo al precio.

My room was very clean and very modern with well functioning quiet air conditioning plus ceiling fan. Casa Manglar is a gem of a place that feels more like a quaint yet ultra modern bed and breakfast, with a limited amount of rooms - I think 12. Service is of 5-star quality, the design of the hotel offers the serenity of a spa. Again, 5-star, without pretense. Casa Manglar is located on a very flattened dirt road, a few feet away from the main road that takes you to Puerto Escondido Centro; about 3 miles away. Aside from Centro, beach access is a strong walk to the nearest beach. There’s also a super clean, beautifully clear-water interior pool when a plunge is desired. For less reliance on taxis, I’ll look to rent a car or moped to get around, upon my next visit. The town offers many rental options. My stay at Casa Manglar was brief, but I highly recommend this hotel!

La habitación tiene un estilo muy bonito muy agradable a la vista tienen una cafetera de cápsulas la cama es amplia y cómoda la televisión es muy grande tiene buena nitidez y un buen sonido la regadera está muy a gusto a comparación de otros lugares estas habitaciones son nuevas y para nada anticuadas como la mayoría de otros lugares que ya tienen sus años y no las remodelan incluyen un pequeño desayuno por las mañanas dan café pan tostado mantequilla mermelada y fruta que en lo personal con el tipo de clima siento que ese desayuno estuvo Más que perfecto sin duda recomiendo la estancia en este sitio

La habitación impecable, los servicios y el personal muy atento y amable, todo de maravilla, lo único malo y no fue culpa del hotel, fueron otros huéspedes que querían usar fuera de horario las áreas comunes y no dejaban descansar por el ruido... pero comprendemos que la conducta de ciertos huéspedes escapa del control del hotel.

Lovely hotel in a nice area. We really enjoyed our month-long stay at Hotel Manglar! Close enough to Punta to enjoy the restaurants, cafes and beach, but far enough away to enjoy a peaceful neighbourhood with lots of nature around. Safe area with nice locals and a few other little hotel/casas. The main street/highway nearby has some great new places that just opened like Ojitos coffee and Moringa for healthy takeaway food & drinks. We liked the mix of hotel with staff during the day to just guests at night. Friendly staff, from the girls at the front desk to the maintenance & cleaning crew - they have a family kind of vibe which is really nice. We had a couple requests like extra hangers & blanket which they accomodated quickly. Beautiful space with a refreshing pool that gets sun and shade throughout the day. Lots of poolside seating and loungers, the area is never full even when the hotel is - so it's always a pretty peaceful ambience. Strong wifi for phone or laptop. We appreciated the fresh drinking water on each floor. We loved our room, which had a large balcony. The bed was super comfy, the pillows were great with both soft and firm options. Excellent shower pressure with no shortage of hot water. Lots of space for clothes storage. We rented a scooter which we found essential (you can walk around 20 minutes to the main streets, but in the heat and at night we preferred to have the scooter). Highly recommend Hotel Manglar!

Over gjennomsnittet fra området. Koselig bassengområde og meget bra tv og multimedia funksjon. Kjekt med selvbemannet - Kjøleskap for drikke og snaks. Den omtalte frokost som er inkludert gjelder kun tørr toast med syltetøy og noen biter frukt. Denne delen var skuffende - da man hadde regnet med frokost på hotellet. kaffen minnet om diesel.
