I had a very pleasant experience at Ma’xanab. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Service was definitely impeccable. Great food and drinks all around. The rooms were cleaned 2 times a day. Very relaxing experience and would definitely recommend.

The location is very convenient for restaurants and shopping, the restaurant at the Ma’Xanab is excellent as well! The beach and atmosphere of the hotel are one of a kind! The rooms are just perfect with a warm private pool and a great bed and shower, our view of the sunrise over the sea was beautiful! The staff one and all love them! Timothy and Kim Tufts!

While there are many impressive hotels along this beach, the exceptional staff at this particular hotel have made our stay the best we've had in a long time, outshining our experiences at numerous hotels globally. Special recognition is due to Jose, Milo, Leonardo, and Mario, whose dedication and kindness have elevated this hotel to a luxurious oasis, with their warm hearts being the ultimate luxury. The genuine connections they fostered with us, sharing laughter and stories, as well as discussing our families, have made this vacation truly special. The exemplary service provided by these staff members has earned this hotel a reputation as a true gem in Tulum; accolades are well-deserved.
