My wife and I traveled to Mousai in September and again in May. We Never go to the same place twice, and we travel quite a bit. However, Hotel Mousai is unmatched in terms of the views, the amenities, the service and the FOOD! They have the best food of all theball inclusive resorts we have been to, hands down! Also, Huberto and Daniel were our butlers and they were the Absolute Best! They went above and beyond to make our celebrations special and they were extremely thoughtful and communicative. Karuma is one of the BEST steakhouses we have ever been to. We highly recommend Hotel Mousai PV and we will definitely be back again.

Wonderful resort with great hospitality. Room service was prompt and professional. Our dining experiences at many of the restaurants were top notch. The grounds were beautiful and well maintained. My only critique is there I noticed considerable trash on the beach. Nothing large and noticeable but if you pay attention there was a lot of small pieces of trash debris throughout the sand. Small pieces of plastic, bottle caps, etc. I did not choose this resort for the beach as it is a little rocky in general. Everything else about this resort is 5 stars! I would highly recommend hotel Mousai to anyone!

Best hotel and experience ever!!!!!! From the moment I arrived to check out, every single staff member went over and beyond for me. I went for a solo trip for my birthday and everyone made sure it was special. My corner suite had the best view with a jacuzzi and a hammock. It was breathtaking. Also all the food/drinks and activities included was amazing. I will be back in a heartbeat. Special thank you to Ricardo and Jorge.

Our stay at the Hotel Mousai was exceptional. The restaurants, the room and the drink selection all exceeded our expectations. The staff were very helpful and attentive. The only thing we would’ve changed is staying longer. We will be back for sure! The all-inclusive is a must.

The resort is beautiful, the service was outstanding, the FOOD and DRINKS were amazing, every meal was excellent. If you plan to stay at the resort all day the all inclusive is a must. My only complaint was the restrictions on how to use your resort credits, it was impossible to use, so call the resort and ask because Expedia doesn’t give you that information

The best all inclusive we have ever stayed at. Spent a week in the south tower, explored every single restaurant, enjoyed the huge wine selection. We have been coming to all inclusive hotels all across Mexico, and this is our standard. Great staff, every meal delicious and every cocktail was great. Plenty of activities at the beach and great support. Was a trip to remember. ☺️
