I got what I wanted! I like that the hotel was closed to chickens and fortunately for me, not too many people were in the hotel that day. I got there late but the manager helped me to get into my room, junglestyle resort. Love it. It was pitch dark and I only can hear nature, night and day, birds singing, something I have never experienced before. I was disconnected from the outside world. Loved the room, loved the restaurant, loved everything. I am referring friends and family in case they are going that direction. My only bad experience was that I lost my whiteblack diamond ring. I must have dropped it on my way to my car and because my room was at the end of the resort I had to walk for about through the whole premises in the jungle, and I never found anything other than that. Facilities, staff, room, and hotel were fantastic! Loved the mirror.

My boyfriend and I went as usual and didn't make any reservations before our trip to Chicken Ita and were searching for a place to stay. My fiance came across this gem and decided to stay there, and all I can say is that we are blessed to have had the pleasure of being able to enjoy the hotel OK. Our drive took longer than expected and we arrived very late but were still given a room. Even better was that the night we remained there was almost empty and there was a lunar eclipse that night, which was unbelievable, I cannot make it up. We were fortunate enough to win some Mexican ganja over the town and watched the eclipse to the fullest while lying by the poolside! This site is magnificent, and I only hope one day I'm lucky enough to stay here again.

The view from the observation roof of the building is incredible, 360-degree views of the night sky, sunset, and sunrise. The rooms are basic, no to, no phone, and no wifi, making it perfect for a distance from the world and enjoying nature. The food was delicious! And the staff was very friendly and wonderful. The location is in the center of the jungle, so expect and be prepared to encounter insects and other animals.

My husband wanted our kids to see chicken ita so instead of spending 13 hours on a tour, we rented a car in Cancan and just drove ourselves. The hotel OK appeared pretty neat in the photos, and it had positive reviews and was a short drive from chicken ita. We got there earlier than we intended, but they were very accommodating. We were hungry, so we immediately went to the onsite restaurant. It was amazing! The food was excellent, and the mojitos were so refreshing. We had a nice one night stay better than at the Moon Palace. No, there is little internet, just soothing and quiet. My teenagers wouldn't want to spend a week there, but I could just unwind by the pool.
