Room was clean and AC was top notch in my room but too bad it smelled so bad like sewer. The smell was everywhere, even the bedsheets and pillows. The other 4 families I was traveling with had less of a smell in their rooms but AC was not as good as mine. Something else I noticed is that the property was slippery especially by the pool area. I saw a few people including myself either slipped or almost slipped. I still really like the hotel and would stay again. The employees were EXCELLENT and quick to help. They didn't look like they minded at all. I read about this going there and it’s true… the employees were great!

Everything was amazing, loved the hotel the beach view the staff are so polite, and all the amenities in all inclusive, I never been I a place like this. The only thing was the transportation so bad compaction, they are not helpful, one day before the trip I call to confirm all the information and reservations, and the characteristics is not clear I never found the person, the person was complete different and to return I did the same thing I call to customer services to confirm my pick schedule and they give wrong schedule and later that didn’t help me I had to get a taxi by myself and pay. This need to be more organized and clear I this they need to have a better transportation company.

We were on family vacation - 11 of us!! The rooms were spacious, 3 beds and a pull out. Clean and comfortable.. Amenties were great, activities for the kids, buffet and restaurants were great.. I didn't like you had to reserve the Steak House!! Hard to get a reservation!! Anyhow !! It was worth the money!!!

We had a very enjoyable stay overall. The hotel was clean and well maintained, and the staff were always friendly, welcoming, and helpful. A special thank you to the kids’ entertainment team. They were amazing with the children—very kind, energetic, and genuinely caring. They made our kids feel welcome and helped make our vacation even more enjoyable. The drinks were very good, and the beach had beautiful soft sand. There was some seaweed along the shore, but not enough to significantly affect our experience. The only area that could be improved is the food. The only restaurant that truly felt like a high-quality dining experience was Kulinarium. The dishes there were delicious, beautifully presented, and noticeably better than the rest. Overall, we had a great vacation thanks to the excellent staff, clean facilities, and wonderful atmosphere. With improvements to the food, this hotel would be outstanding.

My stay at Riu in Mexico was absolutely amazing! From the moment I arrived, I was surrounded by comfort, beauty, and relaxation. The staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and professional, always making sure every guest felt welcome. The housekeeping team did an outstanding job keeping everything spotless and well-maintained. The bars, buffet, restaurants, and nightly entertainment were all exceptional. Every detail exceeded my expectations. I spent five unforgettable days here, and I was truly amazed by the beauty of this resort. It was one of the best vacation experiences I’ve ever had. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a perfect getaway. I can’t wait to come back

The entertainment was very exciting. Staff was very helpful. I think that, as the toilet is separated from the bath area, there should be a sink with the toilet. Because if the toilet is used while someone is taking a shower you have to wait to wash your hands. That was my only problem.

The staff was amazing! From the breakfast team to the bartenders to the welcome staff. Everyone was friendly and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. Our room was always spotless, and housekeeping surprised us each day with adorable towel animals and other thoughtful touches, which we really appreciated. We also had a beautiful view from our room that made our stay even more enjoyable.

This is a new facility that was very clean. Staff was always helpful. The views were beautiful. A few reviews had mentioned that there is no elevator here, however that was not the case. There were three elevators right inside the entrance. We will definitely be back.

My biggest thing staying at any resort is the cleanliness of the rooms and the housekeeping Riu Ventura was top notch. Very impressed and pleased. The facility is still very new so this was great also.

We had a great stay at the RIU Ventura, the resort was very clean , food was great,the people working there were friendly and helpful. We went there with 15 people ,we all stayed healthy. I do wish the shows were earlier and geared more for kids. Although we were there during the World Cup so that may have changed the entertainment schedule.
