My overall experience was amazing! The staff were amazing, the property was well maintained, and the views were spectacular! The buffet style menu had great options. My only reserve would be the lack of entertainment. I would recommend, and plan to visit again.

Some of the staff they need to be train better in costumer service ,and to be equal with all guess instead or only help one kind of people, But I will like to give kudos to Rodney over in the buffet for how kind and wonderful he other than that I love this place is wonderful

I loved the hospitality of everyone at the Resort. Everyone has a role and all staff are helpful to each other which I feel makes the job easier for them, so they’re not overwhelmed. This creates a better experience for us the customer. Everyone has a such a welcoming aura and vibe which made it very hard for us to leave the last day. I would recommend this resort a million times.

Amazing staff — everyone was so welcoming and polite. The hotel was super clean and well maintained, and I loved my stay. I do wish they could improve the food, especially the buffet, as it felt very repetitive.

Loved the clean room, the staff, the pool, the view from our room, our room size! We traveled with a 1 year old and he had a blast but whenever we went to eat, we either waited more than 20 minutes for a high chair or didn’t get one at all. It’s not a big deal but it did make it a little difficult for us to eat at the same time and for him to eat. One more thing- we were accused of having taken some glasses by another guest and were very cooperative, moving our things and offering to search our bags, but even with that, my husband was taken to security in front of everyone, including our little ones. We later found out that the glasses turned up but never received an apology. It was embarrassing and ruined the mood for a bit. Overall, however, we had a really good time and our kid enjoyed it a lot!

We loved our stay at Riu Ventura! Came for my 30th birthday with my husband. From check in to check out the service was always great and we did not have to wait too long for the restaurants they offered. Didn't love the Italian restaurant but everything else was pretty good even the buffet had lots of choices! The best part was all the different pool options and the beach views! We got to enjoy both pool and ocean side by side and there were always activities for all ages throughout the resort even through the evening. I would definitely come back!
