We would recommend staying at this hotel. This hotel was a great choice for our brief stay. It's located on a busy street and our room overlooked the main street, but it's well located, within walking distance of Pueblo's historical area. The interior is very nice, the rooms are modern, and the breakfast is very different and very good.

Very enjoyable 4 nights, much appreciated. Noisy room the first night. Couldn't sleep well. I asked for a room change the next morning and was promptly taken care of. Great air conditioning, a strong shower water pressure, and all main downtown locations are within walking distance. It wouldn't be too hard, but it's okay for standards to be high. I didn't care to go there and there wasn't much information available.

The hotel is basic but very nice. The rooms were spotless, the service impeccable and the restaurant excellent. We had a room with a view of the avenue so we could enjoy the parade in May from our bed. The best pillows I've ever slept on, forgot to ask the reception where they got them from. Will be back.

Overall, I had a fantastic stay here, and I would highly recommend it to anyone. I'll begin by saying that this is a first-floor hotel, undoubtedly. Although the price isn't the cheapest available, you certainly get what you pay for large rooms, extremely clean, and beautifully decorated, with incredibly comfy beds, and excellent water pressure in the shower. The location is unrivaled: only a few steps from the historic center of Pueblo, it is surrounded by shops, restaurants, a mall, and bars, as well as major communication routes and public transportation services. As for the customer service, it is flawless! Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful.

We stayed in this hotel on our last visit to Pueblo. It is in the city's historic district, making walking to the downtown relatively simple. The structure is a mix of new and old. I believe that all rooms have king beds and twin bunk beds. Our young boys loved the bunk beds and the view of the volcano from the elevator. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. If you're looking for a clean hotel with friendly and helpful personnel at a very reasonable price, this is a good choice.
