I stayed here in May with my family. We had an amazing experience! Everything from property, to food and the staff was incredible! Our butlers, Angel and Amairani, were very kind, helpful, and efficient which definitely contributed to our positive experience. The service, across all departments, was truly top notch! The food was also amazing especially for an all inclusive resort. Can’t wait to be back!

We had such a great stay at Impression Isla Mujeres and would definitely come back. From the moment we arrived, everything was so easy. The catamaran transfer and check-in process were seamless, and every staff member we met was genuinely friendly and welcoming. Our butlers, Wedinzon and Raffael, were amazing and really made the trip feel special. The room was beautiful, we had no issues at all, and the views from both our room and throughout the resort were absolutely incredible. The food and drinks were consistently great. Although service at the restaurants was sometimes a bit slower, having all à la carte restaurants instead of buffets was a huge plus and definitely worth it. We also loved the little touches like the rose water mist and sunscreen by the pool. The only suggestion we’d make is reinforcing the ladders into the ocean, as they didn’t feel very sturdy. Overall, it was an incredible stay with amazing service, and we’d recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing luxury getaway.

Our stay at Impressions Isla Mujeres was truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely taken care of. The level of service is unlike anything we’ve experienced before, and every staff member we encountered was warm, welcoming, and genuinely invested in making our stay special. One of the highlights was having our own personal butler, who made everything effortless. Whether it was arranging reservations, answering questions, or simply checking in to make sure we had everything we needed, they made us feel completely at ease throughout our stay. We had the pleasure of having Wedinzon and Vianey. If you’re looking for a lively party resort, this probably isn’t the place for you—and that’s exactly what makes it so special. Impressions is a true wellness retreat. It’s peaceful, luxurious, and designed for relaxation and rejuvenation. We loved participating in the floating meditation, wellness activities, and the incredible spa experiences. Every activity left us feeling refreshed. The food exceeded every expectation. Every restaurant delivered beautifully presented, high-quality meals. The variety and attention to detail were outstanding, making every meal something to look forward to. The views are simply unmatched. Whether relaxing by the infinity pool, enjoying the ocean from our suite, or watching the sunset, every corner of the property feels like a postcard. If your idea of the perfect vacation is slowing down, disconnecting from everyday

My wife and I stayed here to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and we left incredibly impressed. The staff provided outstanding service, the food was excellent, and the hotel itself was absolutely beautiful. We also appreciated how friendly and welcoming the other guests at the resort were, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We truly had a wonderful experience and look forward to returning in the near future.

We had a fantastic stay at Impressions Isla Mujeres. The resort is beautiful, the food was excellent, and the service was top-notch. A huge thank you to Lalo and especially Rafa, our butler. Rafa was the best butler we’ve ever had and made everything easy, from reservations to helping us recover a swimsuit we accidentally left behind. The staff made our celebration extra special, and we can’t wait to come back. If possible, request Rafa, he’s amazing!

My wife and I had an amazing stay at Impression Resort. From the moment we arrived, everything was top tier. The private catamaran experience was a highlight, and the entire trip felt special from start to finish. David and Zelma were incredibly helpful and made sure we were taken care of throughout our stay. The entire staff was friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond. The resort itself is beautiful with great aesthetics, stunning ocean views, and a perfect beachfront location. The food and drinks were 10/10, and our room was comfortable, clean, and exactly what we needed to relax. Overall, one of the best experiences we’ve had. Thank you Impression Resort—we were truly impressed and will definitely be back.

From the moment we booked, Impressions Isla Mujeres demonstrated a level of service that exceeded even our high expectations. They connected us with a reliable transportation company—our driver, Darwin, was professional and punctual—and the seamless communication before we even left the airport set the tone for our stay. Arriving at the marina, we boarded the hotel’s private catamaran—a beautiful vessel with drinks and friendly staff. It was a pleasant, scenic ride that made it feel like our vacation began the moment we stepped on board. At the hotel, we were greeted with a warm “Welcome home” and a refreshing drink. We were introduced to our butlers, Raffa and Zelma, who stayed in touch via WhatsApp throughout our stay. Raffa, especially, went out of his way—securing souvenirs and medicine when we needed them—demonstrating a truly high standard of service. During our stay, we also met Frankie at the retro party—he was incredibly kind, helpful, and a pleasure to run into again during the Five Diamonds celebration. The property itself is breathtaking. With multiple levels and beautifully designed spaces, there are so many different environments to enjoy. The architecture and interior design are stunning, and the sunsets are absolutely gorgeous—especially from the rooftop restaurant Unik, which offers truly spectacular views. The entire setting feels very romantic, and it was perfect for a trip with my husband.

WOWWW… I would give this place 10 starts if I could! We were blown away by the beautiful views, the delicious food and the phenomenal service. From the moment we got to the dock, it was absolutely amazing. The catamaran ride was so relaxing and beautiful. Our butlers, ERICK & EDGAR were AMAZING. So attentive & so helpful. They made the whole trip go by so smoothly. Showed us around the resort and booking/canceling reservations. They were there for anything we needed. Alicia & Janita at the spa gave us amazing massages. One of the best massages of our lives & we get them often. Isaac was so fun!! He was there during the night time events like karaoke night and the fire show & he was just so fun and nice. Honestly, everyone was so incredibly nice and helpful. We truly felt like royalty. They went above and beyond to make sure we were having an amazing time. Renting a golf cart is a MUST. The south point of the island is stunnning! Pay the $8 to go down for a closer look. We went downtown too and ate at Lola Valentina— amazing! As far as food goes, UNIK was our favorite. Their breakfast is delicious and for dinner we loved their beef filet, short ribs and their soups! The cacao coffee shop was great as well. We got the ocean view signature room. It was beautiful! The AC actually worked very well unlike most hotels/resorts where it’s either too cold or too hot. The beds were so comfy & I’m very picky about that. This resort has set the bar very high for future travel!
