O quarto era comodo porém o banheiro era mal distribuido. Os funcionarios gentis, a localização para quem gosta do centro é exelente. Se o bar da cobertura fosse melhor, ficaria mais tempo lá. Otimo benefícios/custo. Porem o café da manhã requer mais atenção.

Excelente experiência. Equipe sempre atenta e muito solicita. O hotel tem boas piscinas, um café da manhã básico, mas bem gostoso e bem feito. Tivemos também ótimas dicas de roteiros e passeios. Voltaremos certamente. Obs: o hotel na prática é o la passion. Muito bem localizado. Sem barulho, mas perto de tudo.

Definitely great for the price. Loved the two pools (although I didn't have time for them with frequent activities). Only 3 blocks away from 5th Avenue (Quintana Avenida). There were great restaurants nearby. Very clean. Loved seeing the Mayan culture on the walls. A more traditional and lovely hotel.

Hotel surpreendente, com pinturas nos corredores e vão central com vegetação e chafariz. Muito bonito. Eoof top com piscina e bom atendimento. Exceção o atendimento no café da manhã, não atendiam bem, e vinham tentar cobrar gorjeta todos os dias, mesmo para café da manhã incluso.

My stay here was satisfactory. It was comfortable, easy accessible, clean, convenient, and put together. My room was great it had a balcony that had a view to the pool area (which was green and relaxing), had more than enough storage area, the bathroom was clean (the shower head could have been wiped and the water pressure wasn’t all that, but it did the job keeping me clean- just asked for them to clean it. No big deal. The associates were helpful just not very attentive. All three pools were all clean! Where the hotel was located was perfect walking and travel distance to everything. I would recommend this stay.

Un lugar muy bien ubicado ya que está cerca de todo lo que necesitas. 5 minutos caminando a la playa 3 minutos de la 5 avenida restaurantes y supermercado todo muy cerca lo disfrutamos mucho

Great stay for a few nights in playa del carmen. Very central in the city. The only place I’ve ever stayed in Mexico where the air conditioning was too good! The breakfast wasn’t great (very limited choices from a menu) and alot of stairs. Not a problem for me - but definitely could be for some (especially as an elevator was out while I was there). I’d definitely stay again.

We really enjoyed. Everything is walking distance from here. Good restaurants. 5th is close enough, but easy to avoid as well. Nice place. Pool needs some more warmth as do the hot tubs. Enjoyed our stay!!!!

I checked in at La pasion hotel entrance, quick checkin, lovely front desk staff. Escorted to the room, which was very cute, clean, with a nice covered balcony overlooking the pool. Small fridge with ice cube tray, if you want to make your own ice. Roof top bar only provides ice for drinks not room. Reasonable prices for drinks. Comfortable loungers poolside. Breakfast was included and selection was very good, always started with small fruit plate, coffee or juice and then your choice. Oxxo steps away, Walmart 2 blocks. 10 minute walk to the beach, if that, steps from 5th ave and secondary Addo bus stop in case you are using it. I loved the hotel and would go back in a minute. But the best part was all of the staff, so friendly and professional.

Excellent staff most beautiful boutique hotel everything is very well thought out from the building to all the knick knacks and furniture. Extremely quiet right across from a huge Park and I was here at Christmas and over the New Year's and very very beautiful with Christmas decorations in the park. What to say a special thank you with the bartender that's up on the pool side on the roof and ask for Pablo he's got the greatest story to tell you

What a gem! We absolutely loved this place! Great breakfast included, 3 pools, 2 hot tubs, balcony, I mean could not ask for more. We loved the staff as well, so helpful and happy. We definitely want to come back to this spot sometime! Definitely book this place!

This was a very cozy hotel, the rooms were very nice and the garden view patio felt like we were nestled in the heart of the jungle. The people at the front desk were very helpful with our luggage and with getting my TV remote to work. They also let us drop our luggage early so we could go visit Tulum!! I would give them 10 stars if I could.
